pants smell
I washed the pants for the first time at warm temperatures. They smell strongly of chemicals. Even vinegar and hygiene cleaner didn't remove it

Incomplete and unresolved order
I bought 3 items of clothing, of which only 2 arrived. I made the report as soon as I received the order and they told me they would review it and to this day I have no answers. Be careful with your purchases.

Just did my first order (2/25/2025). It told me estimated shipping was 3/18/2025. I received the confirmation email and in that it said if I have any free items in the order, I have to wait until the free item is in stock. They should have noted that somewhere on the order form because I would have clicked the off switch for the free scrunchie. Nevertheless, I am excited to try the jumper I got.

Deceptive business practices like fake coupons/discounts and fake free returns, I like what I've gotten, but the coupons are a joke. The app sucks.They arent deals, and you have to buy very specific items that arent explained well. They dont calculate correctly I got an anniversary code but couldn't use it saying my purchase didn't qualify but yet would never come back or tell me what the requirements are. Same for birthday. This has happened multiple times.I would order monthly if not for that.

I don't know how these reviews come about. I wonder if people order from somewhere else. In my experience, cheap Chinese goods at European prices! And returns are the most complicated I've ever experienced. Customer service is probably located somewhere in India. As a result, some of their text doesn't make sense. Clearly no recommendations. Neither for the app nor the products.

I returned an order that was also received by Halara. Payment was supposed to be made via Klarna and despite several emails there was no response and no notification from Klarna. Am I now left with the costs of 159.00 euros? What's the point? Is that your business model?
