help me please happy lighting
would be helpful if customer service was open on weekends cannot connect to my lights and would love to use them because they are very cool could you tell me how? not seeing in bluetooth or app

It doesn't connect to my fandelier. I have an Android phone. I've checked my permissions giving it precise location. I've restarted my phone. I've turned off Bluetooth, and then turned it on within the app. These are all tips from other reviews. None worked for me. Outside of this app audio connects with no problem.

Recently, the times stored for "on" and "off" are constantly disappearing. I have to reset them up to 6 times a day. It's annoying.

Doesn’t work properly if you have multiple sets in different rooms
We have a set of these lights in both our kids rooms upstairs as well as a set down in our home theatre room. I'll be down in the home theatre room changing the lights and the kids lights will suddenly change due to me using mine. They need to fix this issue so that different strings aren't all controlled by one controller or one persons app and can work independently.

Previous version was better
I just use this app to increase/decrease brightness and now I have to select the correct color every time I open the app.

Do not download unless you lost your remote
I think it's good because to be honest I can't play the music that I wanna play and when it does that I wanna play a different music because I'm picky with music and when that happens, I read the three star because it's just not target to be honest and I don't like it I mean I do but it's mid.
