iOS face login does not work
When I login with face recognition, it prompts me to enter the one time code but when the text appears the app closes the page and returns me to enter my password making face login useless. Please fix this as it is very frustrating.

A thing I hate about this app.
When you place a bet and they know you're gonna lose the bet 30 mins before a game they lock you're money and you can't cash out. So you gotta just let it play. wanted to cash out but y'all don't allow me too. Messed up.

Customer Service
Placed my first bet but I never got any reward points. I was looking for an app that rewards loyalty so this was important to me but I did not get points. My sports bet did meet all of the requirements and qualifications and customer service told me I did receive points but my app always stated I had 0 points. They did nothing else to help me from there and they didn't even care when I told them it was the deciding factor of which app I use. It was frustrating because I only placed those bets to get an idea of the rewards system. So, the app has a faulty rewards system, fast but below average customer service who will be okay with not solving your issue, and a buggy login process. However, the app is user friendly and seems a lot less cluttered compared to apps like FanDuel and DraftKings.

Unfair business practices and consumer fraud
Don't change your phone number or anything you may need to verify your account during an unexpected update….the company is deliberately creating unnecessary obstacles to delay or deny access to funds.

No player prop reboot !!
Unlike other apps hard rock does not reboot if your player get hurt. Only use it for ML's and spread. They only reboot if the player doesn't play at all. So even if they play 1 sec and broke a leg and can't return they will not reboot. I think it's an unfair bet but money talks so the more people that don't use it or download it hard rock will make that adjustment. But until then highly consider this when betting with this platform
