Don't Waste Your Money! The app is very confusing compared to other sports betting apps. It tells me I'm betting, say $10 on a parlay, which I verify, then select "place bet" for $10. Then it decides I've actually bet twice the amount or other bets that I did not even select. Very disturbing for an official betting app to steal your money like that. Definitely won't be using this app again.

Hardrock has so many little problems and it gets annoying trying to reach people to help. Then when you do in a chat, they say it needs to be escalated and I will be emailed 6-12 hours later. Trying to deposit money and it says my card is expired went to update the expiration and there's no way to do so. I can't even delete the card to re enter it with the updated expiration date. I've had problems with a hockey slip where the player needed a sog and he got it. I even sent proof from espn box score they sent me to another website where it said he didn't get the shot on goal. When on espn and online said he had it. Showed proof and they still didn't update it. If you refer people and they put 50$ in there account you get that matched back but… What they don't say is you get a bonus bet that you have to play all in one shot.. On betr you can use whatever you want same as prizepicks. Representatives are so bad at there job and provide no info at all. They just put you on a email back list. Ridiculous to be honest

terrible offers. 20x wagering requirement for pretty much any free money you get. daily slots are just 2 free spins on the lamest penny slot ever (worth less than 10 cents in total)....yeah. they're pretty much just spitting into your hands and acting like they're giving you fresh water. not worth it at all

No type of bonus was selected but when I made my first deposit it doubled and made me play through it an ungodly amount of times to withdraw. I did not select a bonus so the fact this happened should be illegal.

We know the odds r in the houses favor but these bet apps are too greedy. If a player is injured b4 the game starts they will void the bet and you won't lose $ on that player. However, many players are listed questionable or unlikely b4 games start. Some of the info can be found online and sometimes it isn't but I bet Hard Rock knows. Questionable status should be posted on the app! Those players usually get a fraction of their normal time and lower stats rigging your bets to fail and lose.

Seems like a Scam. CAN'T WITHDRAW MY WINNINGS & LOST THEM. Customer service INSISTS on you giving them your bank account in order to withdraw your winnings. You are given multiple options on how you can deposit & withdraw the money you win. NOT TRUE. Depositing money into THEIR App to place bets is easy but when you win and want to withdraw your winnings it will ERROR out or FAIL with every method until you get tired and give into providing your bank account. NO THANK YOU. SEEMS LIKE A SCAM.

Sometimes it doesn't allow you to place a bet when it's to their convenient other times they take a long time to pay you and they're very fast to collect and other times they just don't pay. Update, they still haven't paid me but fast to collect when you lose.
