Horrendous app
Compared to literally all of the other sports betting apps this one is the worst. Hardly any promos and they're impossible to use. They select the games that are boosted. You can bet on table tennis but can't bet on player points? You also can't even parlay a spread and the o/u on the same game? What even is that. This app obviously preys on Floridians and is run by Floridians lol

Terrible customer service
They need a new customer service platform. Any and every issue I have raised regarding inabilities to withdraw money because my accounts are no longer linked even though I deposited with those accounts , not getting paid on promotions i opted into and completed the requirements for the customer service department does nothing to resolve this and if you are not constantly typing they will leave the conversation within 60 seconds. Terrible. If there was any other legal platform in Florida I would use them instead.

App was great but not anymore
Too many changes and too little ways to make bets. They took away a lot of things you could bet on. They really need some competition down here in Florida. I love when I got up north where I could use other sports other than just this one. Bring back the things yall took away!

There are some missing details which have them in Bet365 such as creating bets and lower points options even if the odds go down...

Customer service and app
They removed certain features that hinders the bettors and helped themselves to save money on each bet. Instead of just adding the new features bet options, they removed some of the heavy hitters to save money.

Windows 98 App
The graphics and the layout of the application are very outdated compared to other sites like DraftKings and FanDuel….. NES vs PS5 level 😆🙌. Also, the odds for hard rock are horrible compared to the other sites. But when you allow no competition, you use what you got.
