Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery - Latest Quality Issues

A really great game in itself. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I think the idea that you can visit Hogwarts yourself and have your own experiences is great. Unfortunately, I've reached the point where the Hogwarts diary is introduced. I've been trying to access the app for a week, but it keeps crashing at the same point. It's a shame, I'll probably uninstall the game. Can the error be fixed?

I like the game and would give it more starts but they give you too many timed side quests that don't have the option of saying no to. I saw one person who said that the next timed side quest would be given 24 hours after you finish the last one but I just had one start straight after the other and it's annoying because I can't get on with progress with the actual game. I do like the timed quests but I would like them more if they didn't start right after the last one is finished.

The game itself is great but it always bugs me when I want to go to the library to pick up my Hogwarts diary. I can't go forward or back and then I end up back on the home screen. Restarting it several times hasn't helped. Please fix it ASAP or I'll uninstall the game permanently.

Suddenly, my account was logged out? I'm trying to log in from Facebook, but I get an error and can't log in. I've been playing for about 6 years and have made a lot of progress, so if it disappears like this, I'll go crazy. Please do something.

The game is fantastic and engaging. The story is quite realistic and captivating and has several interesting features. To get the most out of the game it is however necessary to buy some bundles of energy/diamonds etc. I only have two less positive aspects to point out: if we don't have Facebook, the transfer of an account from one device to another is quite complex (but the service was incredible and efficient!) And (this one still bothers me a lot) the game freezes when we want to see ads.

Sorry, but I didn't have a good experience with this game. It takes a long time on the loading screens and it's not a game that's so detailed, like there's no way to move the game and it's basically just 2D (I don't know how to explain it). Well, I expected more.

Cool game. Would rate 5 stars, but it seems to have trouble saving my progress a good chunk of the time; making me redo the same things over and over again.

Everything was going well until I changed my phone. When I downloaded it on my current phone, it was already slower and it wouldn't let me get past chapter 2, it got stuck. It's a shame because it's one of my favorite games. I hope they can fix this because if not, I'll have to uninstall.
