I have switched to a new android table. Everytime I go to play this game, it will show the Hogwarts shield as if it was going to play then the app will shut itself off. Please fix! I really love playing this game

game is entertaining but the lack of customization options disappoints me a little. i know its not the point of the game but i wish they had more options, especially for curly hair.

Seems interesting but everytime while I'm playing the game freezes and then exits... I just downloaded the game and it exits before I even get to play for 5 minutes. Poor quality and do not recommend. Update: tried doing so but it still didn't work, if I could give this app a 0 star rating I definitely would.

I don't know where to report it so I do it here. The game is good But I'm here to report. In the new Christmas adventure I have the characters as adults (I'm in 6th grade) and it's rare to see Merula as an adult and next to Ismelda of 6th year old or to see Rowan as a child and Ben with a beard. Leaving that aside good game

It's fun for the most part but all the side quests get real annoying and now its making us replay them as well ontop of other quests and the main story. Plus the bugs are super annoying. One issue i keep having is that the last 4 or 5 times ive reached day 11 on the daily challenges it restarts me back to day 1 the next day instead of going to day 12 and getting a big prize.

I think that everything about it was fun but you have to wait for your energy to recharge and you don't have very much so with that said if you like the game and are able to wait or an absolute die hard Harry Potter fan like myself then it could be a bit harder to enjoy the rewarding game play this pretty great mobile game has to offer but that is just my opinion on the game you have to play it your self to see if is worth your time hopefully you will find this helpful and have fun

Too many timed events (referring to side quests), sometimes start and you are out of energy points, and too many items (received from events), and there is no space to display items in the dormitory or in the secret room. It's too long to wait for energy points, 4 minutes is too much, better 2 Min for the rest and all good.

I have had this game since 2021, it had always been good and I never had any problems with the application until in 2022 it started to crash even if I updated it, at first it did not crash so much but over time it got worse, since the end of 2022 when I entered the game it took me out after the start loaded, in 2023 I try to log in with Facebook but how could I not go more than 5 minutes without it taking me out I didn't know if I managed to do it, I need help.
