Dear HBO Max customer service. This is a worthless app because I and many other users cannot update the app. Google says that my phone is not suitable. It is a new phone with the latest version of the Samsung software. I will not contact you via chat. Just solve this problem and stop with this standard response. The HBO Max customer service seems to me just as bad as the app.

I got this new phone from cricket and they are using HBO MAX as a promotional point. HBO MAX isn't compatible with this phone. Don't get a samsung galaxy if you want HBO MAX.
