Tricky description
I'm not quite sure how I ended up on the Headout website—I thought it was the official Universal Studios Singapore site. I ended up buying tickets because the description seemed to include meals, and the price was similar to other sellers. It turned out that meals were not included, and the part where this is mentioned is in parentheses as an optional add-on. On my iPhone SE, that text in parentheses didn't appear.

Fake tickets
I do see many of you in your app selling fake tickets to notre dame.. feel pity and no automne support in your app. Your bot chat is useless doesn't understand anything

SCAM app
Check if you can get tickets directly, they will add a charge and force you to use the app. They are not the actual Kennedy Space center.

Scammed me out of $200 by subtly changing the date of my tour during purchase to one that is after I leave the country. Worthless customer support.

Headout is one of those scammy sites that mimic legit websites then sponsor their sites on google so it's the first result, tricking you into buying 3rd party tickets when you're trying to buy directly through the attractions site. Then, great news! They'll refuse any modifications/cancellations/etc. Oh! And they'll up charge you on ticketing fees. There's literally zero reason to buy your tickets through them when you can just buy directly from wherever you're going.

Don't do anything with this company. They are scamming people. All fraud, don't even download the app. We were scammed with Eiffel tower tour and army museum ticket in 31th March 2025

We didn't manage to come early and we lost our 2 tickets for the Eiffel Tower .. We had to pay again to get there. The site does not offer any refunds or credits. We were left alone with our stress. In addition, we realized that the 1st tickets were twice as expensive as on site.
