useless and difficult app. I took a lot of time to set up the app and it is basically useless. My email address was wrong and even after the doctor corrected it, the app still won't correct it. Test results and after visit notes are unavailable. Notification alerts show as unread even after I click on them. They won't clear out. I will be deleting my data and uninstalling this app. I don't know how these people got so many doctors to buy into using this app. It's one of the worst I've used.

It's fine for checking your meds list and records. Setting the location seems to be broken though, and I can't figure out how to message my providers. It only allows me to message the nurses, and I have not received replies to any of the messages I've sent them. I don't know if they aren't going through or they are being ignored because they aren't going to the right place. It was also tedious to set up, and I have had to go through the registration process multiple times.

The payment system and information is not up to date, so you never know if you owe money or have already paid. Adding new accounts doesn't work. I have two daughters. The app can't find my older daughter, and requires that my 10 month old be listed as "myself". I have notifications that don't show up and therefore cannot be cleared. Medication listings are out of date. really, just a very poor app and a terrible experience being forced to use it.

really not a user friendly app. 2 doctors, same user name but 2 different accounts. have to log in/out to see different doctors' information. tried to send message to support through their website, get http error.
