It's often extremely difficult or not possible to add a new provider to my existing account. And the only customer support available is for providers not patients. Otherwise, it works great with the providers I already have connected.

I find it impossible to log on either on Healow or on ENT Plymouth. I fail every time I try to log in and have to choose a new password. this is the only portal that gives me endless trouble, and it's frustrating.
