Good and Useful

App is nice and functional. Only complain this far is that transactions do not show up until a couple of days later. This is not just an issue in the mobile application, it's just a general issue with the application. But overall, good.

Missing bills and no ETA for fix

Terrible service! Half the medical bills don't show up in the app. When I ask the support team about it they acknowledge the issue but have no ETA for a fix. The whole value prop of this app is to make billing easier. It's made it worse. Now I have dedupe what I paid in the app already with all the medical bills I have received.

Can’t transfer to Schwab anymore

Before the last update, I could transfer my usual deposit over to the Schwab brokerage account using the app. Now I can longer do it and have to log into my computer. Please fix this.

Lots of random charges

Compared with other HSA organizations, this one charges so many random fees, as well as freezing my account for no reason TWICE. A complete joke, stay away!

Unusable app, even the login is broken. won't retain passwords or biometrics or recognize keyboard inputs of special characters regardless of settings. The overall rating for this app is completely fake.
