Website is more useful. App doesn't alert you to transactions that require documentation. Seems pointless to not include that. Website is more useful.

Every time I try to log in I am told that I am blocked by Cloudflare Ray. Idk what this even means. I contacted customer support and so far they have not replied. The desktop site works fine.

Always changes my dependent care claims to medical and won't let me add documents to a claim. I have to contact customer service or use the website every time I want to submit a claim for reimbursement.

Awful Document Management
Attaching documents and adding them to payments and claims is a mess. Constantly get “deleted” confirmation when trying to provide documents. Are they doing this on purpose to justify claim denial?

Fix your date on sign up. I had to hit the back button 648 times just to get to my birth date. Either allow people to enter it or at least give a person a scrolling ability to enter the year.

Trying to create an account using the mobile app is a nightmare. I use Samsung s24 ultra. I am asked to enter birth date and the calender view request me to go back 1 month at a time. That means I need to press the previous month buttons 12 times for each year of my age to get to my birth year. This is not fun.
