Horrible customer service
Have contacted customer service several times in the last few days. They answer a question and end the chat so I have to restart the entire conversation to try to actually get help. Still do not fix issues.

Great Games but, No Coin Deals!!
I love the games!! The graphics are just like in the casinos. When Buying coins it's so little for the money. I'd like to build up some cash to play awhile. When coins are built up the slots stop paying. Is this for entertainment? Please loosen up slots. Thanks! Too many asking for money pop ups. Your extra games on the side are very complicated and you can't compete them. They offer a lot of money. I've never got close. Hard to reach.

Paid for 14 days of daily coins. Redeemed 4 days worth and was unable to get onto each day to claim the rest. Was denied a refund or pay out of remaining coins owed. Support staff is automated so there is no way to dispute. Purchase at your own risk

Been playing a long time, I hate doing this but it feels like my only way to get their attention. The holiday freebies have been okay but one day I was offered 10 spins of 12.5 million. About 4 days later we got 10 spins of 1.25 million, one tenth the value. The facebook coins are awful again and the coin packs have gone up an incredible amount and no longer offer value. Other similar apps offer much better value for your money and unless things change I'll be doing that.

I enjoy the variety of games and that they are unlocked. Can be hard to get free spins although there are opportunities to get more credits within the game.

This game is ridiculous. I play at night to relax before bed. So I hit $450,000.00 on a bonus. They kept 430,000.00 to add it to the jackpot. But they don't have any problem asking me to fork out real money to buy more tokens. Just give me the tokens I won. What a joke... This game absolutely sucks..

I have played for several years, love the games but not the company. You lose more than you win. They recently made an error and gave a free spins, then gave an error message, then deleted it. When I complained they locked me out. I deleted all my product madness games, I've had enough of their lack of loyalty to the customer!!
