So to start at 12:05, I order my Heetch and it arrives at 12:13 for the moment it's very good knowing that I had already paid €14 two minutes later he cancels the race so it annoys me, but I keep my calm, I order a Heetch at 12:14. For it to arrive at 12:25, it doesn't even arrive at the exact address then two minutes After again he cancels the race and that knowing that I had already paid €15 already between the two races, while it's the same route it increases by one euro I didn't say anything after, I try to have another Heetch but this time I do it in cash nothing there's no one who comes it makes me wait wait wait and because of that, I missed an appointment that I had been waiting for a little while so thank you but I will never take a Heetch here again.

The cost of the trip at the end was different to what was stated at the time of the request, even without changing the destination. The customer requests the ride knowing that they will pay one amount, and at the end another appears on the app, this is annoying.

I just uninstalled it! After 3 months of use Prices too expensive for 10 days, 400da for a 10 minute car ride!!! But you are serious!!!!
