PAID Account Suspended For No Reason

Actually really liked this app, paid for a month, less than a week later my account was frozen and permanently suspended with no justification given. Had actually connected with people and was having good conversations. Waste of time and money, so sad and frustrating. UPDATE: Support un-froze my account a few days later, and then a couple days later it was frozen again and support is unresponsive.

Impossible to pause your profile, ended up having to delete it instead. A lot of ads. The idea is good, but it doesn't work.

User's Age

I've been using this app for a very long time. The reason why I continue to use it now is because I rarely meet people under the age of 18, the lowest is 17, but when I just met a 15-16 year old, he cheated his age to play. Actually, I have already reported the child. I also pressed the report several times. Anyway, I would like to reduce the stars in this part, disturbing the team to improve and be stricter if there is another incident like this next time, or the team does not adjust or read the comments. I may quit playing, thank you.

Recurring Concern

I am writing to highlight a recurring concern. Indeed, every time a conversation is started with a person after a match (which is already very rare), the person is then indicated as unavailable. What is the reason? Why are the counts hidden by the application? Because the problem clearly does not come from the person with whom the conversation was started.

I want to like this app

I appreciate there being less cis men on this platform. I want to be supportive to this platform but I grow frustrated with the bot profiles and the constant messages from the HER account.
