Enough with the scammers
There has to be a better way to vet and verify profiles on here. I've encountered not one, but 3 scammers in as many weeks. Yes, I've reported the profiles, but this is ridiculous. I've made the mistake of paying for this too, so yeah I'm understandably frustrated about this. It's a problem.

The button to save the bio is covered my my keyboard and my keyboard won't disappear so I can save

App itself is fine. But the unmatch / block -system allows abusers unimpeded harrasment. If an abuser removes your match / blocks you before you can report their behaviour, you can no longer report them, since the conversation and any access to their profile is removed. Thus many horrible people get to be terrible again and again, with no consequences for their actions.

Need to better explain subscriptions
I had to pay twice to get the right subscription because it was not clear which one will allow me to see who liked me and I haven't received my refund yet

Always quit by itself
I always receive notifications about it. When I open the app and check, black screen for a moment and then quit by itself. ALWAYS. Do u know how I can fix it? Delete app and reinstall it. Are u sure you want me to use the app?

Not letting me create an account 😡
Live being trying different Ways of getting an account but it keeps saying my account is on hold due to bad connection, and my connection is fine here my friends opened the app and no such thing was said, that rediculous

Buggy
The app is a buggy mess, if your app is not up to date it just crashes. You can't even save your bio now that the UI is broken in the edit screen. And worse of all. This is becoming just as bad as other mainstream dating apps. Different tiers of upgrade. Walls where there used to not be. It's terrible.

Trans women beware
app is full of TERFs who will report trans women for no good reason other than to remove them from the app, and since their customer service team is sad and pathetic they will not reverse the automated ban that gets applied to your account.

Free version is less than worthless
If you don't pay for this app, it's virtually unusable. I know they all do this, but Her is the most egregious. Aside from a few cheesy catchphrases, there is no longer any semblance of this being an app for wlw. Even with “sapphic mode” turned on my inbox is filled with men and other people that fall outside of my search criteria. Just shameful.
