For more than 5 months the app no longer communicates with my phone, before with every insertion and deactivation the app communicated with the cell phone, I tried on another phone and it does the same thing, kindly solve these problems thanks.

Cameras are Greta. App is so slow. I had a cheap system before and the app was much more user friendly and a lot quicker. I expected more from Hikvision
