It keeps crashing or jumping to another camera, it's slow and pauses in quick view mode, it's not cool for the developers. 👎👎👎

I installed this app because the app I was using couldn't watch real-time video, but it still doesn't work. It says there are no configured recording schedules. Is there a way to fix this?

It's pathetic that live streaming stops after 5min. It shud have been given option to enable or disable this option to save bandwidth,, rather than they default setting this feature.

It just needs to improve that the connection on the cell phone drops out of nowhere, even with the internet working perfectly.

Does it's job of providing remote view. I can see and hear my building live sitting thousands of km away. However Hik connect interface could be a little more user friendly with easier pinpoint playback search etc
