Since the app changed to a new one in summer 2024, online shopping has been completely ruined by H&M. The new layout is confusing, doesn't look like novelties and the app lags all the time. Really bad reform.

Iam literally so disappointed with this app . Its my second time i have purchased a hoodie which costs around 1500 and the quality was so so bad that even roadside shopkeeper have better quality stuff . Material quality feels like it was of 300 or something . Literally only brand is big but clothes are of poor quality.

Horrible experience, he made the payment of a garment in my bank but never recognized the purchase on his platform. Their customer service didn't fix anything and now I don't have the pledge or the money.
