Errors after update, does not show selected section (e.g. Child 2-8 years) only everything, adult clothes mixed with children's. Similarly, I select e.g. Sweatshirts and it shows all clothes - blouses, pants, socks etc.

Delivery Issue: How to contact customer service?
I think there is no way you can speak with a customer service agent. There is no email address to file a complain. Links on the app will direct you to FAQ or link you to track your order. I tracked my order and there is an issue on delivery. I honestly dont know what exactly and i have no way of knowing.

The return methods are very bad, they charge you for returning shipping, in other online stores it is not like that, like Nike, Adidas, etc. Very bad customer service.

Not intuitive to use
I went back in today and everything was different but not better. Where is the search function on the first page? That's selling 101. Poorly designed.

Clothes in the shopping cart that were reduced were changed back to the normal price after one day.

It often freezes and the control bar (then there is no possibility to search for products) displays the message "no internet connection", even though there is internet.

The new version is horrible. There is no way to navigate categories like before. I don't understand the concept!? You have to follow your instructions... We don't have the right to choose!?
