Guess which app is glitchy… H&M!!
This app has been so glitchy for me lately what happen to the app? Is there something wrong even everyone saying it's bad? H&M I really like you but you need to fix the amount of lag is crazy please fix!!

A disaster. This new design is confusing and extremely bad. In addition, all the points I have collected have been deleted and my favorites have also been removed. Furthermore, I cannot find the option to view my order. The updated app is definitely useless and will be uninstalled for now.

I have been in contact with customer service for a LONG time by email and phone and the problem with the coupons and points has not been resolved. New points have not been added and coupons have not been sent even though I have far exceeded the number of points. The time has changed and the points I had were probably deleted without me receiving the rewards.

Very confusing, you have to search for things in a really awkward way. I can't take screenshots - even when I'm shopping online I want to ask my girlfriend for advice. It's just no fun anymore and is totally unfriendly to use. A few years ago the app was much better

Drama. I don't know if it's even possible to share a product to send to someone, you can't take a screenshot, there's no transparency. I think we'll say goodbye, it's even better for the wallet

After the update and the new design, it's a disaster! Unclear, lackluster, I don't feel like buying anything there now, and I used to order all the time when it was still user-friendly.

The app prohibits taking a screenshot or searching by image even for the clothes I've already bought. I can't create images. Total nonsense. Fix this.
