There seems to be a massive bug in the code. The app doesn't even let me sign in, it keeps reloading.

The usual dreadful service. The app is not bad but content is very lacking. There's no point using the app if the data is not updated. E.g. l get email to say look at app for 25/26 coding but the data has not been fed into app (after 3days). This sort of thing is standard practice and always has been.

No stars!
App doesn't work. Just takes you to a website that opens dozens of tabs and then won't load anything. Pointless app. Supposedly there has been an update, but it still doesn't log on! Just goes into a loop of asking you to allow it to access a website then the same message opens and each time it reopens the same website and gives the same message! I had 16 pages open today and it was doing the same each time! Tried what the last guy suggested of deleting and turning phone off and on again. Doesn't work! Update: Don't believe all of the 5 star reviews as everyone then comments that the app doesn't work. I've been asked for information from the developers and still the app doesn't work Update 2: Despite being asked questions by the developer, I still cannot access the app. No progress at all!

Had an email advising of new tax code - waited a week to allow to update but not showing- contacted HMRC and they sent again but still not showing

Doesn't work if you don't use Google app (don't know about other browsers but I use duckduckgo browser) and this app doesn't work with that - I try to minimise Google tracking apps (personal choice).

Don't yet know how good this might be but so far - Much too complicated to set up. I know it needs to be secure but there's a difference between secure and paranoid.

Was fed up by incorrect tax calculations by HMRc every now and then and decided to use app to keep an eye instead of the their useless web access and chat/phone system. Installed the app and wanted to sign in and it says no bowser was found. Not sure who is developing these faulty apps for government. Total waste of tax payer money
