It’s OK
Provides easy access for easy things, and is useful when HMRC is correct and consistent. Unfortunately, often HMRC is often not correct, and this is one more way HMRC has come up with to avoid you talking to a human or querying them when things have gone wrong.

No stars!
App doesn't work. Just takes you to a website that opens dozens of tabs and then won't load anything. Pointless app. Supposedly there has been an update, but it still doesn't log on! Just goes into a loop of asking you to allow it to access a website then the same message opens and each time it reopens the same website and gives the same message! I had 16 pages open today and it was doing the same each time! Tried what the last guy suggested of deleting and turning phone off and on again. Doesn't work!

App doesn’t work
I tried to download the app but couldn't set up as it opens a browser and got stuck there opening too many pop up windows. This seems to be a bug. Very disappointing.

Can’t log in
Useless. Asks to set a PIN code and after that is done it flicks you to a browser page asking you to ‘allow' another app to be opened and then it just goes in a circle. Removed and reinstalled 5 times. Hopeless.

Highway Robbery Without Masks
Rubbish Service, if HMRC were a bank they would get more fines from the ombudsman than they made in tax returns. By far the most incompetent, inefficient department in the Uk. 90% of the staff should be fired and new skilled staff employed
