I wish I could give 0 stars. I needed to uninstall and reinstall the app because I was not able to add items into my basket. Now I can add one item into my basket but when I add something else, it delete the previous item and just replace it with the new item. Awful app. It's just put me off of ordering from H&B.

New format is rubbish
Terrible new app format. First I was unable to add anything to the basket. Next I needed 3 tries to add my voucher code. Lastly, why should I need to sign in twice more when I am already signed in just to pay for the items in my basket. Also, I'm still not sure whether my voucher value was taken off, or not. Why have you allowed your IT people to make such a mess of what was previously an easy app to use??? I always think that IT people just invent something to keep themselves in a job. Whoever thought up this new app format needs to be sacked and blacklisted. Why did you break something which was not broken. It no longer even fits on the screen of my iPad. Previously I could see all the options but now I can only see half of the first 2 because it's too big for the 11inch screen of my iPad Pro.

App is great when it works. Very laggy at the moment and currently won't let me add anything to the basket. 5 stars if when you fix it. Just unusable at the moment.

App works perfectly. That's not the issue. Issue is with Holland and Barrett and subscription service. I set up a subscription on the app, large enough for free delivery. All good I thought but when it came H&B decided to split it up and charge me delivery. Been a month trying to sort it out not Customer service is very unhelpful just blaming me and refusing to do anything about it. So one star is for the subscription service and customer care. Use the stores instead.
