Terrible experience, when placing the order they never inform you that shipping taxes must be paid and they end up charging you more than half of the total cost, if you do not pay the order is returned.

No purchase history
The app doesn't show purchase history when clearly it is linked to my account at checkout. Neither online or in store purchases show. I'd like for once to have a record of my purchases incase I have a return.

Bad performance and worst app ever
this app on iPhone is lagging a lot , when you click on promotion it doesn't load anything and if it loads then load very slowly, i feel like i am using dial up internet connection

small tiny trouble with navigating previous hearted items or items placed in the shopping cart
i really love hollister & its clothes but i do have a small problem with the app. when i heart an item or put an item in my cart, the next day it's completely gone. and i don't know why this happens if i have an account with hollister.

Very good buttt
I love this app, I've had no problems with it and I have placed multiple online orders. I think ordering it is much more efficient for many people including myself. I do have one complaint though, when reading the reviews the people with older phones couldn't use this app because it required the ios 17 update. I don't think this is fair to force a group of people to get a new phone over an update that their phone can't support. I love this app though!!!!! But I do think you guys need to fix that issue though. Thanks -Emilia Muss
