I love everything about this app, except the store pickup option. I don't know why, but when I went to do a pickup it said I can get it same day, then after I ordered, it changed it to ship to store instead and my "same day" pickup suddenly goes to about a week and a half of waiting. Not a big deal breaker, but frustrating none the less.

Frequently Malfunctioning
Very inconsistent. Points tae forever to post. Purchase are not always posted correctly. Check in doesn't work consistently. Most importantly, customer service staff and support staff for app and online issues are NOT versed in app functionality.

It was great…
Until the recent update (or a few updates ago) messed up the “My List” tab. Tried to see what I saved in my list but it keeps giving me this message “you have no saved styles.” Please fix it.

Prices are displayed in Euro and not in CDN$, pay attention to the exchange rate and bank fees. It drives up the bill

Favorite items gone
I love Hollister and the app is great but underneath the heart symbol that shows how many saved items you have saved it says I have 30 items saved, but when I click on it it says I don't have any saved times!! Very very annoying because now I've lost every saved item

Shopping is ok, it's easy. Unfortunately, the app doesn't quite work - you can't fulfill personal details in the account and thus collect points, ServiceContact doesn't work either - only false messages... what a pity.

Good but has bugs
I think the app itself is very well built and there are many cool features that are not otherwise available in other shopping apps (such as the fact that you can filter by shop). However, the display of my liked articles does not work for me. The number says that I have saved 33 articles, but when I go to it, it doesn't show me anything. That's annoying
