Crashes when casting video
Worked perfectly for ages but has now started to crash whenever playback started. Same issue with 3 different devices. Our other video services still cast fine.

Availability
I gave it a one for the reason if you don't get the book in the morning, you aren't going to get one after 6:00 pm. They are always ‘at limit'

USED to be a good app
Bookmark doesn't consistently respond and would like to see more biographies and classics. Font has 3 size options. Not large enough on the large setting. Orientation is portrait only on my iPad. Prior to this version it was a 4.5 star app. Go back to the older version, please!

Really (mostly) like this app--so far :)
This is the first time I've used the Hoopla app. I chose it because I listen to audiobooks during my daily walks via my Apple AirPods and iPhone / Apple (cellular) Watch, and have "re-fallen" in love with our library system. I am disappointed that I cannot listen to my audiobooks with ONLY my Apple Watch and AirPods--as I can with my other two audio apps-- when I don't want the extra weight of the iPhone tagging along. Am I missing something? So far, I am unable to pull this app directly into my watch app grid. So, I'm wondering: Is the Hoopla Digital app directly compatible with current Apple Watch tech., and if not, I'm wondering if plans are in the works to include compatibility with the Apple Watch.

Difficult to use
Instructions for don't match reality. After “borrow” I can find the course I want but no way to select it and get it started

What’s with the update?
While in zoom, I can't share my screen on hoopla and I can't take a screenshot of the page to help my students sound out a word. What's the deal?
