Amazing for borrowing books from your local library but I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app just to make it work. It will continue to tell me something went wrong after about a week or two of using the app.

The application offers a diverse range of high-quality content. However, the inability to control rewind/forward functions from a Samsung Galaxy 7 smartwatch, or other Bluetooth dev8ces coupled with the necessity to use the phone to resume playback after pausing, presents a significant usability challenge and detracts from the overall user experience.

HOOPLA FIX YOUR APP. Before we were able to check out books, now I can't check out any books until PAST midnight?? When I try to check out a book, a pop up appears saying, "the daily borrowing limit set by your library has been reached", But I haven't checked out any books! Not IRL or in the app! Hoopla please fix this. I'm so tired of asking and nothing is done. That is why this review stays up when no one bothers to make these fixes, but you guys always want positive feed back. Fix the app.

It's pretty good overall, but it bothers me that it doesn't pause when Maps or Waze gives me directions. Libby does, and I appreciate it.
