Great deals but be careful
Booked a car for a great deal, non refundable, “mystery” company. Booked for 5am drop-off. After booking the company is revealed. Jumped online to double check hours and they don't open until 7am. No refunds even though there was a mistake in the app allowing me to book for 5am drop-off. Had to book a new rental with a different company

Very unhappy with flight insurance and customer service
I purchased travel insurance when buying my flights, and when I had to cancel due to an emergency they credited me almost $600 but I was never able to successfully rebook a flight through them. The customer service was a nightmare because they kept directing me to contact the airline, but the airline would direct me back to hopper. I made around 6 different phone calls back and forth before I just gave up in tears. I will never book through a third party agency for travel again.. the money you could save is not worth the headache. I feel like hopper made it difficult to receive a credit on purpose.

Resourceful
Resourceful but not 100% accurate. For example: the airline websites have a different age listed for what's considered a child than what this app lists. Prices may vary due to that reason so always cross reference.

I booked an hotel. I paid 229 I got an email saying I paid for my room but it declined on hoppers end. Now I have to wait 10 days for my refund this app & customer service was trash

Bad experience
Paid for insurance and was just a waste of money. Could not use it when it was time to change my flight. Hopper didn't even try to fix the problem. Really bad experience and most likely will not use again.

Hopper doesn't even deserve 1 star tbh. The whole basis of the app is algorithm driven and it completely failed. I was booked on a flight from a different time zone and they couldn't even calculate or book the flight correctly. They booked me on a flight from the past or that was already departed from the time I would land in the connecting flight. I had to find the error myself and call. When I did call we weren't refunded at all for the mix up. I spent hundreds just to get home.

Prices change too much and too many failed bookings. Always trying to add on things to my trip and then asks for a tip...seriously?!

This app is a SCAM! They won't send your booking details and you have no way to contact them until you have taken their premium support by paying extra. SCAMMERS!
