Disaster
The newly redesigned app is dosaster. Its not anymore easy to use app. Its better to go to webpage now instead to app. This will most probably take me to Booking.com. Also missing the availability to out booking into wallet like in past.

I would like to blacklist hotels There are hotels that I can't stand And obviously 2 years later I go back because of the lack of a low rate I would really like to be able to indicate that the search engine should no longer offer it to me

Quite frequent bug on the address part that doesn't fill in, or doesn't take into account what is written. For the rest: fluid, easy, the application has been much improved

The worst of the worst. Intentionally fraudulent and won't allow you to cancel a booking as advertised, to generate fees for a trip you aren't taking

as a first time user I was stunned when I confirmed reservation listed wrong dates and I realized there was NO REFUND. I was charged full price at time of reservation not just a hold on my card. I will NEVER use this site nor stay in any hotel affiliated with this one
