It asks for the login all the time and doesn't log in! I'll have to uninstall.

I'm usually pretty happy with the app. But, for the past few weeks, I have noticed major malfunctions, with the disappearance of several data: current or completed reservations; loyalty program including accumulated nights; Search history; ... Impossible to report the problem to customer service from the application because there is also a technical problem on this part. From recent reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who has noticed this.

Very bad. I paid for my reservation at the Akile Central Park hotel and when I got there my name was not in the system, the app did not link with the system (even though I already paid) but I had to look for another stay at dawn alone in São Paulo, and I still have not received a refund. That would be the least they should compensate me for having had such a bad time that day. I request a refund of my money, it's fair!!

Great hotel, spacious room, big bed. Hotel with great breakfast, pool with heated water, steam room. Two drawbacks: Lengthy check-in with fumbled staff and lack of extractor/ventilation in the bathroom which is very good. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the Batel neighborhood, close to shopping malls, Rua das Flores, downtown.

Worthless. I want to select language and currency. For the moment it is not possible to select a combination of for example Swedish or English with Euro.
