Poorly optimized app
App on 13ProMax looks naughty, slow, looks like running on a 20Hz screen. Another problem is when manually placed at the best resolution, it gets worse quality. In automatic mode imagine it gets better.

I participate in a macramé club on that platform and so far I'm happy: I can see the classes well, do the downloads calmly. I receive billing messages in the email. The only thing I don't understand is the platform that always repeats the initial steps as if it had just entered the platform for the first time...

Doesn't work right
There is already a history of several versions that I can no longer watch the classes I bought through the platform. It always gives an error to download for the first time, when I manage to download it closes when it starts watching. I downloaded the app so I could access my courses in traffic, but it just doesn't work!!! Very bad work team that does not solve a simple problem, but very big! How am I going to watch something if the app closes when I play the class?? What is the app for then???

App closing itself (iPad)
I bought a course but I can't use it, because the app closes by itself every time I try to open a class. Very frustrating this. I'm being forced to look for a computer. I hope support will be quick to respond.

A total fraud is this application, I had bought a 3-month Course and Robin package ONLY ONCE on April 11, 2024 and in the end it worked for me ONE MONTH I could no longer use those 2 months that was missing and on October 11 they charged me again for another 3-month package and being that charge does not correspond because it is NOT A SUBSCRIPTION at no time did I have mentioned that it was a subscription when I had bought for ONE TIME
