Request for Improved Live Match Streaming Quality (50-60 FPS)

Dear JioHotstar Team, I hope you are doing well. I am a regular viewer of live sports on JioHotstar and appreciate the platform's extensive coverage. However, I have noticed that the streaming quality, especially the frame rate, could be improved. Currently, live matches on JioHotstar appear to be streamed at a lower frame rate, which affects the smoothness of fast-paced sports action. In comparison, platforms like Sony LIV provide live sports at a higher frame rate (50-60 FPS), ensuring a much smoother and more immersive viewing experience. Given the increasing expectations of viewers and advancements in streaming technology, I kindly request JioHotstar to enhance its live match streaming quality by offering a higher frame rate option. This improvement would greatly enhance the overall experience for sports fans and keep JioHotstar competitive in the market. I would appreciate it if you could consider this request and share any plans regarding future enhancements. Looking forward to your response.

This is a worst app. Have to watch too many adds even after pay. If u want to without adds u have to buy big family pack only no offer for single person. The only way to watch add free u have to pay extra 😡😡

Too Much Frustrating adds

Post acquired by Jio, too much adds are coming in every 4-5 minutes, which are annoying a lot. Paying big rental bills and no supervision.
