Hell! I bought a printer, I bought the cartridges but I can't use it because I'm not a subscriber! You guys were really born before the shame! Now I have a printer that is useless and two sets of unusable cartridges.

It doesn't let me print on more types of paper, I want to print on photo paper, either matte or glossy, but it doesn't give me options to choose from, it only lets me print on normal paper, this is for printing photos and documents.

The printer keeps saying "Not available" and we can't use it when we need it. We bought it to have ease when printing and in the end it doesn't work!! I need a solution

Terrible, a simple print on paper, photo paper, everything is so much bureaucracy. I bought a new printer to work and nothing works. I had to go back to using a USB cable (caveman times). And another detail: I use my cell phone to print and the rest of the family's cell phones can't, I have to redo the entire configuration. Shameful HP, going back to EPSON. Terrible app.

The printer is very good, it's a shame the app is very bad, I would rate it with 0 (zero) since it does not allow measurements, and different types of paper, I hope they fix it since it is impossible for me to do work.

I bought the "HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4302dw" a few days ago. After setting it up, I wanted to connect my phone to the printer using the HP app...., I tried all options, but to no avail, until I found the button "List of all supported printers", I clicked on it and looked through the fairly long list several times and voilà! My/This printer is not listed or is not supported in the HP app.. 🙄👍

It stopped working. It keeps saying that the printer is unavailable. Even though I can print from my notebook that is on the same wifi network. It stopped working on my cell phone. I simply uninstalled it and now I can print without this application.
