Glitchy 2025
This app is so glitchy this year. The sign in page will not load. Many links on the refund status page don't work. I'm hoping for an update that will fix these issues.

Online tax prep
The online tax prep is too complicated as it too many icons. I don't know which one to use. It says upload your last year‘s taxes but it didn't load, so I give up. You I'm gonna go to the office and file them in person. Thank you.
