You can afford other HSBC apps for each country you support but you can't improve the UI of your banking app? Aren't y'all ashamed that you are a big business but yet you invest in garbage UI like this? Do better! Shame to the developer of this app! Yuck!

Face ID for login still missing!

Worst bank app. No fingerprint/face ID. Poor UI/UX. Limited features. You guys have a way better apps in other regions, so why not to embrace it here as well?!

Well, I understand that people who use HSBC Bank in Egypt or pretty limited circle of audience but this is not an excuse to provide me with the worst financial app ever, to be specific the app is full of bugs every time I enter my credential to log on I get an error different error each time and after I sign in if I close the application and sign in again I have to reenter all credentials one more time I wish you can include biometrics, HSBC is a great bank but this App is a total mess!

Transfer receipts are not getting saved. The app keeps loading and crashes.
