One of the best transport application I've used ever. Cons: it draws a LOT of memory while running.

No issues, app is pretty fast with occasional payment hitches. Could do with a dark mode icon now that it's part of iOS 18.

Or is it illegal to take a screenshot of the app. Well, here's a punishment for you for lying. You can't buy tickets if you block access to Matamo, is user tracking that important to you? (for everyone's information, Matamo is a competitor to Google Analytics). This is also contrary to Section 3.2.2.vi of the App Store Terms of Service: "Apps should not require users to [...] enable tracking, or take other similar actions in order to access functionality". Ps. Apple Pay is required as payment methods and the optional length of travel days for season tickets, which you promised four years ago after the initial phase in the responses to the app's feedback. That is, lying after lying!

I can't even purchase my season ticket 1 day before the actual travel dates. Tried 3 different methods, money is deducted from the bank but the app stops working and goes back to main screen without any valid tickets showing. I'm waiting for money to return to the bank. If it won't happen, I'll contact for refund. Really laggy app that is forced to use. With all the bad reviews, still, it doesn't change for years.

Does not work. According to HSL, you need to install Firefox from the Stone Age in order to buy a season ticket. Shouldn't we test on different platforms and make the app work on them as well.

Only let's me buy single tickets and not 10 tickets with via card
