Otherwise good but it doesn't let you download the season ticket to your phone, it takes a long time to download and then gets stuck

Otherwise it's good, but as a child it's really hard to buy tickets when mobile payment doesn't work and you can't add your own account, so you have to buy a ticket with your parents' money. That's also sometimes challenging when you have to identify yourself and then if the parent doesn't answer the phone you can't buy a ticket.

A few bad features
The app keeps reminding me that I should enable reminders to let me know when my ticket expires. I don't want that, but the same "complaint/remark" appears every time. Even when buying a single ticket, I always have to choose the ticket type, age group, etc. Sometimes the app remembered that I always buy a specific ticket. The user-friendliness has gotten worse. Otherwise, it does its job.

A perfectly functional app. However, I ran into a problem where ticket inspectors are unable to read the QR code provided by the app when mobile internet is not on. This is because without an internet connection, the ticket menu shows the text "Checking tickets...". The text is so poorly placed that it covers about a millimeter of the QR code.

With the HSL app you can buy tickets for Helsinki region public transport, find the best routes and get targeted traffic information. In the HSL app you will find e.g. single, day and season tickets for both adults and children. Bus, train, metro, tram and ferry – all with the same app. You can pay easily e.g. with a payment card. In addition to tickets, there is also a journey planner in the HSL app. Journey planner tells you e.g. the best route and the ticket, which is needed for the route. In the HSL app, you can also see up-to-date transport information for the areas and lines you have selected.
