STUNNED CUSTOMER

I have spent a lot of money with HSN ! 1. Because I am disabled and can't shop retail stores like I once did! Well, yesterday was my birthday and I had ordered a pair of the inside out hoop earrings for myself that came in and I also had recently ordered the carpet shampooer that also came in, I was just waiting until this last rain/wind storm got rid of whatever pollen was possibly off my patio so my puppies track it into my house BUT, I got a letter from HSN's Customer Service that said in the past year I had returned too many of the things I had purchased and in many cases they were taking a loss on the product! And for me not to order anything unless I sincerely intend to keep it! Well, first of all, I pay anywhere from $3.50-5.50 per item, for HSN to ship an item to me ! Usually all in one box! Then if it doesn't fit or look good on me, I am not buying it so I'm paying $8.95 to ship back! So it's costing me for not being able to shop elsewhere! So, I will be sending the earrings and the carpet shampooer (which hasn't even been opened) back! And delete my HSN Account! Everyone shops online now! And there's lots of other merchants that would like to have my money! So GOODBYE HSN!

Can’t use applepay if logged in

Not sure why this is but would get 5 stars if I could use Applepay to purchase multiple items in my bag, as a logged in user. To pay with Apple Pay I needed to log out then buy each item one at a time and pay separately.

Wouldn't accept discount then wouldn't allow me to submit order. Had to do it 3 times to get it to work.

Disappointed

I ordered a pair if Vince camuto shoes on 3-4-25 the shoe was to short for my foot, sent them back3-13-25 still have t received a refund, not sure whose to Blame but hard to be it takes almost three weeks to get to HSN.
