Seems always difficult to find the number for customer support. Why are they not more forthcoming with their phone number?

I did not receive my last order
I did not receive my last order, and I've tried contacting customer service several times. They take your money quickly, but it's challenging to get assistance when there's an issue. I've attempted to get help, but unfortunately, nothing has worked. It's impossible to reach a live person for support.

Not my fault but..
I ordered 2 of Doll 10 make up items, I was told almost sold out check out now. So I did and for some reason the HSN system sent them to the wrong address. Even though 1 month earlier my items were sent to the right address that I had made my default. I was told if they don't show up we will refund you. I now have to reorder the product and my color was sold out. I had to order a different color and pay 10ish dollars more. :( so I could only afford 1

Can’t access account
I have been unable for over a week to be able to see my account. I have reported it twice on the app & nothing has been fixed. Once I login, the screen says “Hello” & that's as far as I can go. I would love to be able to see my Flex-pay options again.
