Terrible!

Products arrived were not the same as those shown on order. It's false advertising! How can I trust ordering something when a different product is received. I pay a lot for this insurance and expect much better service than this.

Haven't been able to connect with my acct.for the medical products I should be able to get with my allowance. My prescriptions are one thing, getting the use of my ability to save money with this app is not. I am not satisfied with you service. People on fixed incomes who are given a chance to save money and can't is wrong. So, yes, having my meds delivered on convenient and I wish I knew why I can't connect with the store supply of medical items that are available. Please let me know. Thanks!

I don't like to have a code word to access my account. My username and password should be enough. Also, I have gotten packages that are open. That is not cool for a medical facility.
