Centerwell app is horrible
It is very annoying signing in. So called “one time verification” is horrible. Passcode arrives after time is passed. Not to mention that the “one time passcode” is not just one time it happens every single time you login.

Problems
This app. and pharmacy never seems to know what is going on. They say they don't have a prescription, when my doctor has sent it. The app is useless, never get straight answers to anything. They have different answers to the same questions, on different days.

What were you thinking?
11/7/24.. This has been going on for more than a week. I cannot sign in. I've spent hours on the phone, trying to get it fixed, to no avail. Just a runaround. Wrong department, over and over again. It is important that I access my account. Your operators have no idea what to do. I need this fixed now! Still can't get in. They haven't gotten to it yet. Cannot tell me when they will. Why? Because they are backed up! In other words, I am not the only one that is having issues. This is an excuse. Not professional, or helpful. Trying to get management on the phone. I am angry.

Terrible app to navigate.
I have not been able to navigate thru this terrible app one time. I have to phone a customer service rep to complete any refills. They are actually not even able to refill! They have no idea on balance owed even after I paid balance. I had a Prescription I had to take on a Monday and still trying to fill. There is NO communication and terrible communication with RUDE customer service reps. So disappointed in this mail order service will change from Humana with insurance this year!!!! Will not work with CenterWell! Shame on you for treating seniors this way and making it so difficult!!!

Order keeps getting canceled or delayed!
For over 1 month I have tried to order hearing aids, my order was canceled or delayed. Two weeks after the first order was placed, I went online and was saw that it was cancelled. I called your office and spoke to a supervisor. She had no idea why my order was canceled. No explanation, just canceled. She offered to reorder for me and told me the order went through and I would receive it within 2 weeks. For a couple of days after my second order was placed, I went online to make sure that it had gone through -no problem. But after 15 days I went online to see my delivery date and I see that it's been delayed again. My account has two credit cards listed. Both credit cards are good so it is not a credit problem that is delaying or canceling my order! This is unacceptable. If I can't order online then why have an online system? I wanted the hearing aid for an upcoming event and now I will not have it in time for the event! UNACCEPTABLE!

App doesn’t work.
The app opens and allows me to log in as soon as it gets fully loaded it goes to a blank white screen. Totally unusable. F rating.

This app won't let me update my address. Have spoken to several people with nothing resolved. How can I even order. This is ridiculous
