Version 6.3 broke the app
Version 6.3 broke the app so it immediately crashes on iPhone X running the latest iOS available on that phone which is iOS 16.7.10. Otherwise it's a good app, I'm a long-time user, I'll delete this review and go back to a good rating if the app becomes usable again.

App force crashes every time.
Cannot even open the app. Force crashes every time on iOS 18.1. Have uninstalled & restarted countless times & no resolution.

Update 6.3 not functional - app force closes on load
Update 6.3 opens then force closes immediately. There's no direct way to easily contact app support. Restart, uninstall and reinstall etc do not resolve the issue.

No longer works
After the 6.3 update the app is no longer opening on my iPhone 8plus. Noting this is happening to others. According to what I am reading, it should work fine and the iOS version I have qualifies. Please fix this!!

The decimal point of the eligible spending amount is missing
The eligible spending amount will be converted from foreign currency to US dollars 💲, and 5 base points will be awarded for every eligible dollar spent in US dollars. The new version of the app doesn't have access to the decimal point of my own eligible spend, which means I can't accurately calculate how many base points I can earn for each stay. Can you please help me fix it?

App is pretty annoying so far. Can't order room service in the app as far as I can see. So if it's possible it's impossible to find. I'm already checked in my room, never able to find the "while you're here" swipe up in the hyatt app to connect to the chrome cast. It's all very frustrating. I guess everything else works. In addition, both checking in and checking out through the app have failed, making me have to go to the front desk. What's the point? What's the issue? Just fails. Annoying.
