Just tried the new version, and I can see some important improvements. Now it feels like a mobile app, and the UI is easier to use and understand. It's clearly on the right track! ___ It's an app, but it's even harder to get in than using the website, which makes no sense. Its UI is the same as the web, which is not good. Should have been design with a much cleaner and simpler interface, in other for it to be useful on a mobile. Please learn from Degiro, when it came to online platforms

Roll back the updates!

It was all good before they changed the dashboard. Now the option page is so ridiculously confusing that you could be selling when you intend to buy (I made that mistake and it cost me hundreds). When I tried to sell 100 shares of a certain stock, somehow it sold only 1 share, so naturally I placed another order to sell 99 shares, and guess what I ended up shorting the stock of 99 shares, lost a few hundreds this way also. I used to recommend IB to everyone I know, but now I would rate it 0 if it's possible. Sucks.

A super buggy and barely working app with a spammy and broken notification system. For example - you receive "bulletins" (e.g. for automatic currency conversions) which you can't even read or dismiss on the app because they're buggy and cut off the screen. After deleting the notification from the web app it still shows a disruptive, invasive "bulletin!" notification alert every time you open the app, for this broken notification. And that's just the start of it.

Hello, I am trying to continue with the verification, they sent me an email where they tell me that in order to continue I have to make a deposit and if I am not accepted then they will return the money to me... is it true or am I on a scam platform... since I have accounts with other brokers and they do not require money to open my account.
