Add pick up orders
I really enjoyed Ibotta however I have rarely earned points in the last year. Now that I can use pickup ordering from Krogers I cannot get credit for my purchases. Kroger does not provide a receipt and Ibotta does not recognize a print copy. Go back to your partnership with Kroger when we did not have to provide a receipt. It was all done digitally.

Total scam. I select an offer and 1 hour later when I'm done shopping and upload the receipt, it's suddenly gone. Has happened multiple times now. even tried selecting after I was done shopping and it still happens.

What is this garbage?!? No wonder y'all had an awful earnings report last year. Maintenance fee for what? Data is probably in without causing any fee. STOP IT!

I was excited to try this but I tried to make an account connected straight to my Google and it gave me an error and said to try later so then I tried to just manually do my email and a password but it said my email wasn't valid... 🙄 I use this email everyday how is it not valid? gonna just uninstall

This app WAS nice
I've had this app for a few years now and I've gotten a total of $600+ back. It's legit. HOWEVER, within the last year it's really fell off. Linked loyalty stores are absolutely terrible now. There's has been months where it doesn't work and you can't submit a receipt. When you contact customer service it's like talking to a wall. They constantly repeat information and don't actually help you. I've lost a lot of money back this year. It's not a good app like it was when I first started. Seriously contemplating deleting it after years of being a member.
