I really enjoyed this for the most part but in the last year or so it won't give me all the cash back that I'm due. Instead I get an email saying there was something on my receipt that was eligible for cash back and that I need to go in the app and take some steps to get this cash back. I never can figure out how to do it. Why not just give me the cash back that I'm due in the first place? It's frustrating.

I have been using the Ibotta app for quite some time and was satisfied with the experience until my account was suddenly deactivated without any specific reason provided. All my rewards, which I had collected for withdrawal, were taken away, and I was sent a generic response with no clarification on what exactly led to deactivation. When I followed up via email to seek more details or an explanation, I received no response at all. This lack of transparency and communication is disappointing.

Use this app on a regular basis got ready to cash out once hit $50.00 then all of a sudden the ability to log into my account was gone. Uninstall the app wouldn't recommend using it as soon as you hit the $50 Mark the ability to access and cash in is no longer available.

What's the point of this app if you can't even redeem your points, customer service is almost non existent, I sent emails, raised tickets, contacted them on Facebook and never even got a response, I'm truly disappointed and let down with Ibotta, and am moving to fetch.

Def some fine print and def takes some effort but works even for when using EBT which is awesome! Had a little trouble with my first purchase at Lowes and some things I think that had to be bought at Kroger or a different store but besides that it's worked well! Wish they had some more stuff I normally eat or use in there too but there's a ton of items and rebates. On average I normally spend like $150 on groceries and buy a few things I wldnt normally but will try out to get the rebate.

I gave this app a try after hearing the radio ads. I found some small coupons for things I buy. I also tried for an up to 40% off coupon shopping on their app. There was no clear indicator what cash back I was getting and no fine print that I could find. I got 0% back, even after contacting service. I did not find this worth the time and effort.
