UI needs finessing and bugs fix
Hire a trained UI designer to fix style inconsistencies, color contrast and clunky UX. It's functional part of the time. Others I keep receiving a device connection issue. Full WiFi bars too.

As others have reported, latest version (3.96.002) crashes at startup on Android (Samsung S9+). Worked fine previously.

Worked flawlessly for over 2 years UNTIL the Oct 24, 2024 "update". Now won't even open! Crashes every time, reinstalled, cleaned phone memory, cache etc. Nothing can get it to work. ** 512gb Galaxy **

CRASHING, UNUSABLE The latest release has resulted in the app crashing on open. I cannot use the app at all on my phone. I've removed, reinstalled, cleared storage.. Etc nothing works. If I put my phone into airplane mode the UI will load but as soon as I turn on lte or wifi (obviously it needs this to work) immediately crashes and closes "Improved connections from thermostats to mobile APPs" - NOPE Please fix this immediately!

Works lacks capability
The app works but doesn't integrate with smart home well. This thermostat also lacks in usage reports that would assist to make sure you are keeping the house at an efficient temperature.

Lennox in their infinite wisdom, decided to make the app incompatible with prior versions of Android. And now I no longer have any way to remotely control the functions of my thermostat. I should have just stuck with Google nest or something else. Beware that if you don't update your phone often enough the app will stopped working.

Crazy town
Either all the 5 stars are bots or people don't actually understand what good system is. This doesn't work. It consistent doesn't work. I know 20 other houses where this “smart” system was installed and most have them have already replaced it with a different system. I have three thermostats, I get them to load about 1 every 20 times I touch this silly app. Gigabyte internet connection with 0 downtime. Doesn't work, don't buy Lennox.
