No identification possible
I've been trying to identify myself using this app for an hour now. First it took ages for the photos to be accepted despite very good lighting. Then it went through until the data was transmitted. Then the app simply crashed in the middle. Now I've been trying for ages again, but now I'm getting error e103. Nothing works anymore, neither on the PC nor on the smartphone. Reinstalled the app, nothing. Deleted PC history, nothing. Still error E103.

The worst crap! I've been trying to verify myself for three days. First I'm constantly kicked out of the app, then they tell me they'll send me an SMS and then I'll be at the front of the queue. Nothing has happened, mind you, for three days. It doesn't work on my laptop with Chrome either. Absolutely unacceptable!

According to the app, the identification worked. According to the provider I tried to identify myself with, it didn't, of course. But I'm not surprised, I live in Germany. Now I have to wait for any further steps in the next few days. Of course, a second attempt won't work either.

The selfie function is a complete disaster! It feels like it takes 1000 attempts to finally successfully complete the verification. With other providers it works without any problems.
