Painful!!!!
The software was refusing to accept a perfectly genuine UK Mobil number I tried with my spare phone leaving the zero off putting it back on for ages. Very inconvenient and annoying!!! Grrrrr

Junk App
This is junk software! After submission, it asked me to add document, but it did not tell me what documents I should add. After I resubmitted the documents, I waited for many days without any response. After that,I had to resubmit the same application documents as the first time, and the result was somehow approved. Then why it asked me add documents in the first time? This whole process delayed me for a long time, and I did not know the reason for the submission failure, which affected the time of my appointment to apply for IRP. Nothing made in Ireland seems to work very well

WORST App I have EVER Seen
Not just me, ALL the students are facing the same issue with this app. This app can't even process ANY SINGLE information. By choosing this app “Department of Justice” made a bad decision which is hampering their country's reputation. Hopefully, the Department of Justice takes swift action or explores better alternatives to maintain its reputation and improve the experience of newcomers.

Disappointing
Worked fine for one application, now constantly getting connection errors and timeouts on a device which has an otherwise uninterrupted connection. Poor quality service adding delays to an already stressful situation
