the system has a lot of bugs in it. I have been trying to book an appointment for almost 2 months. It simply will not recognize my face, it is never satisfied with the passport photo no matter how clear it is. It very frustrating and uncooperative and it has wasted over a month of my life.

it is nearly impossible to take a photo of glossy cards without glare. No possibility to confirm/retake a livelinedd photo. It is taken and sent immediately without any confirmation. Very bad app

Horrible! I can't scan my passport and when I send a message to the indicated email, I only receive an automatic message. A real disregard for people! Zero support!
