Not very reliable
Many cash backs remain pending for several years without ever being credited. Others, although activated at the time of ordering, are not taken into account and never appear …….. I think I will go to a competing application

Terrible, pathetic... It tells you that you are redirected to the store's page and it doesn't work, it stays on igraal, so the only thing is that they give promos that can't be applied, that's why the 50% is a lie... and nothing else either... Anyway. It's not worth it... Uninstalled within a microsecond of being used... There are better apps, look for them, this one isn't even worth the trouble of installing it.

Until now, I was satisfied with the application. But for several months, cashbacks have regularly not been taken into account. And for several weeks, the after-sales service has not responded to resolve the issues? Is there a problem with Igraal?

Very disappointed, we use vouchers and we receive nothing, even though they are validated by the bank and it is better that I am not charged because that is not going to work.

Terrible and exhausting
IT IS NOT WORTH INSTALLING THIS APP. It works very badly. When you buy, they sometimes ask for documents and proof, you send them, they ask for more... they accept the cashback and shortly after they deny it, they always have some explanation and always in their favor or that there are 3/4 months to validate it, what happens is that in the end it stays in the air and never appears, the thing is not to give it to you. The result is that you are left without money. There are much better apps like LetyShops and some others that work great.

Good app, but customer service really leaves something to be desired
Good app, but terrible customer service. I use the app regularly and I'm happy with it, but every time I deal with customer service... it's a disaster. Really very disappointing. The waiting times are very long, they're not always pleasant, they don't bother, preferring to close the request rather than answer it... too bad, the concept is great.

Regularly the cashbacks only appear when you go through the igraal app. This forces you to go through customer service. And it's getting worse and worse! I end up wondering if I shouldn't look for another cashback app.

I really like using iGraal. The customer service is very helpful and always finds a solution if, for example, purchases have not been registered. It is also easy to withdraw credit from 20 euros. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because of the waiting time for the cashback. Especially with travel bookings, the cashback approval takes forever (currently 7 months).

I think it's great, BUT it doesn't always work and sometimes the Cashbacks don't come in. I've recovered quite a bit, but every few days, for example, I got a CashBack from JustEat and another one didn't. Last weekend, Privé by Zalando had a 40% discount and I made a €200 order through the website... I'm still waiting for the CashBack... There are things that need to be improved, but I recommend it without hesitation.
