I can't withdraw my cashback, I don't recommend it

unsatisfying

Now that I could withdraw my cashback, the account does not load all the time. It's stupid that if you want to contact customer service about it, the same problem prevails. So I don't even have the opportunity to clarify it. So please don't answer either: please contact customer service! I find that really annoying. The whole time "worked" towards it and then this. Thanks for nothing. You time thieves. After umpteen times and a few days later it finally works!

Worse and worse from year to year

Absolutely no longer recommended. Supposedly, the cashback was confirmed, but the same money remained as a credit. Just so that the payout doesn't work. Last purchase was not even listed anymore, although it was still written when ordering that the cashback was active.

The referral link is not easy to find. The person who referred me didn't send me the right link and customer service didn't apply it retroactively. I don't find this normal in view of the steps taken

This application offers good cashback, which is sometimes super interesting. It's a shame that sometimes the cashback doesn't appear even though the purchase is done via the application. Most of the time, customer service provides us with solutions.

Again and again, the cashback is not recorded. And then there are reasons why not, instead of clarifying the problem. The last order, and yes it's the last one because I'm going to uninstall iGraal from everyone in the family, was without any coupons, everything was done as recommended by iGraal. Overpriced because I expected over 60€ cashback. And again nothing. There is not even a reasonable explanation why not. They don't know who my cashback was recorded for. 🤮🤮🤮
