You can read more and more without "more"

I placed an order. paid for it. but never arrived. never got an email. now to navigate the complicated help of iherb. big companies make it impossible to find orders. by the way their app was updated. the update lost all my data, had to set up again, and it lost all data for the previous order. so all I have to prove is that they took the money. I've spent over 4k euro over the years on ordering my supplements from iherb. While they have good pricing their customer support needs serious retraining. I reached out about a very serious health concern about a product on their website and they just sent me a template response. Completely shameless and dangerous behavior.
