Points system is broken, why do points expire so fast? I'm a single income household so trips aren't often as others but still go away 5-8 times a year and specifically book with ihg for the rewards but the points expire before you ever have a chance to use them for even one night. So 2 years of only booking holiday inns for my rewards went wasted. One of my stays they trimmed trees outside my room at 7 am and was compensated with 8k points, which went nowhere. It's a sad system.

seems fine so far, can't base a review on less than 5 minutes of use which is why one star is missing, I'm sure it's good it certainly seems easy to get what I wanted!

The app is terrible
It's hard to imagine that it's almost 2025, and the app is still doing so badly. Completely mismatched IHG's image.

Awful App, frustrating and makes it so difficult to actually book a room with it's pop up payment option window blocking the blooming PAY button. In fact, this is useless

What a pity. I try to register, unfortunately this app does not get beyond the address entry, although each field is correctly confirmed with a checkmark. So booking via working apps after all.

Price rip offf
App showed one price with points and would not give me the price. Three phone calls to customer service later and they would honor price said it was an error.
