Gathering all these points is a waste of money. Use points and cash and it took $5 off the room. That is nothing. And the member rates and the regular person rates are the same. No benefit to having points. Never get late check in, never “greeted as a member” like your surveys always ask. Scammy scam scam as usual.

Limited but well designed
Doesn't let you search worldwide for hotels at a price/ points rate you like . Doesn't seem to offer a way to message hotel directly about reservations. Doesn't advise about good rates worldwide at certain times . You can never book a room at the price it advertises. If You book 4 nights it seems to increase price of the other 3 nights to cover the cost - it's not a free night . Other than that a good app. Needs a worldwide rate search first of all .

In the app, half of the properties don't show a picture of the property or the rooms on the Android app.

Card offers
Card offers in the app do not apply automatically even if approved. So if it stated that you will receive 300 off of stay by applying, that does not apply automatically. It will not even allow you to link the card to the account to begin using for your bookings. I would not have applied for the card if this was the situation. Booked with bank account, hoping that it will not eliminate the offers if I pay with my debit card, as it does not allow use of the approved credit card, but will soon see.

It was a cynch to book a room in IHG properties! I have always had a great experience staying in Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express!

Why is it the English version? I also couldn't find where to set the hotel name searched for the Chinese version 2025 version or English. When will Chinese be released?

If you then want to delete your account quickly, this is not possible, if you click the button for "Delete account" in the app, you will be notified that a "request for deletion" has now been sent. And nothing happens. You will continue to receive spam.
