InBody - Latest Quality Issues

I just bought a dial h30 in the US, I currently live in Mexico. But it won't let me connect, it tells me that this device can't support it!

It crashes loading or never opens. I've been force-stopping 50% of the time and reopening. At best it takes a long time to open. I see reviews all the way back to 2022 saying the same thing, and that InBody is putting out updates, but i guess they never did. Other than that, the app features and displays are way better than I was expecting. I would have given it 5-stars if the app launched properly.

Authentication bug
Getting stuck at the registration step. Trying to authenticate multiple times but it does not reflect on the app

What worked in the morning has stopped working in the afternoon
"InBody cannot be found. Please make sure InBody is turned on and press the retry button." error message keeps popping up, and no matter what I do like rebooting, reinstalling the app, deleting the Bluetooth list, etc., nothing works, and all of my family's iPhones suddenly stop working. I had a hard time connecting to the app before, but this unstable quality seems to definitely need to be improved.

Good but not always balanced
The average scores are okay. However, there are regular unexplained fluctuations. Yesterday 19.1 fat percentage and today 20.1 while I ate much less, same time and before training. A lower weight which is correct
