Awful
This app has gone from bad to worse. I paid $300 for a scale and get this terrible app. First, why do they need my phone number and 2FA just so I can enter my weight? I don't want my data in their cloud, why can't it just work on my phone? Also they “upgrade” the app about once per week which seems very sketchy. So I'm skipping the app and using the $300 scale and manually entering the data into apple health. I will also leave a review on Amazon so people will know before they drop $300 on the scale. They should scrap this app and start over with something simple that just works.

Impossible to login. Set password, got verification code, changed password, nothing. No contact info for support.

It doesn't allow me to add more users, only mine. In the instruction manual it does not come as adding users either

What is the problem when you register the app with the same number first and then measure it with the same number on the device, but it does not link?

I don't like that when you enter the data manually it doesn't let you put all the information obtained in the Inbody, so you lose track of some values.

Interesting info but app needs work
Following all the suggested tricks, I find the numbers from the scans go in the right direction when I work hard so I assume it's accurate. It certainly provides some extra data to make me feel I'm doing the right things! However, the lack of app improvement (see other reviews) for keychain use and data entry are frustrating. I also find the data entered via QR code gets distorted in Apple health (I'm 90kg heavier!). Simple stuff yet it's been like that for the year I've been using the app.
