When you buy they divide the shipping date and do not notify you before. And the card payment is often rejected when the data is well placed

i can't find the cod payment option. There is only a gift card option i wanted to procrrd the payment with to the option first, the gift card, and the rest with a cod, but it was not available.

Many bugs in the app
The layout and design of the app is beautiful! Items are easy to find, so the search function works well. Big frustration is in small bugs and error messages. After downloading the app, the promised 10% discount was not applied and I did not receive an email. After contacting customer service (compliments to André) I finally received a discount code. When I indicated when completing the order that I wanted to pick up the order at a collection point, I was obliged to enter a VAT number, which I do not have as a private individual. Very annoying! The customer service didn't come up with this either, so in the end I chose to have it delivered to your home. It worked out in the end, but it was quite a delivery! There must be a better way when you see similar companies and their apps.

Worst experience
It has now been over a month since I placed my order, and not only has it not arrived, but I haven't received a single update. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.
