I have an error, where when I press the buy button it only loads the shopping cart again and does not make any purchase. I have already tried uninstalling the app but the error persists.

I want to favorite an item and it says I have 50 favorites when I only have 17, so I can't add items to favorites. Then I want to see an item and I can't go back to see others. One of the worst clothing apps I've ever had, I don't even want to buy any more clothes in the store!!!

No tracking
A few months ago I bought a shirt, I never got any tracking of what I bought. Even after a while it appeared as if I had been informed when in reality it wasn't.
