It is not very intuitive to operate

The app is neither intended for shopping nor for showcasing products. There are hardly any products in the app. There's nothing to buy. Items saved in the cart disappear. Use a simple example, like Zara clothes, and keep it straightforward.

Horrible service. They do not care for their loyal customers. They even deleted my last review so I'm writing again. Please do not buy from their online site. They will fool You and keep your money for more than 30-45 days and then tell You the product is not available. Then they will tell You it will take another 30-45 days the for money to return back to your account. They take no responsibility for anything.

Complicated and incomprehensible registration.

With the latest update the app became unusable - I cannot search, cannot put anything into my basket. When I click on a product I only see the photos, but nothing else (no price, no details, nothing). The customer service wasn't worked before this issue. I ordered two lamps before christmas, one of them had a few defects so I tried to contact them through the chat, but it froze every time when my screen locked, after that I sent an e-mail through the app but nothing happend - that was around two weeks ago. Disappointing.

The application is very problematic.

The shopping experience was very good. Contact when there are problems is very difficult, if not impossible. They are impossible to answer on the phone, but you have to renew your details every day, and since you cannot maintain a conversation, in my case I am not sure if it has been resolved. I have asked again because it was not clear to me, but the agent had already ended the chat.
