It closes continuously. It goes slowly and often hangs. It seems incredible that it works so badly.

Dear On 03/11/2025, I purchased a Palo Santo stick air freshener at the Zara store at Shopping Iguatemi Porto Alegre. However, to my surprise, today, 03/24/2025, I realized that the liquid has already evaporated completely. Considering that it is a high-value and supposedly quality product, I expected a much longer durability. For the price paid, this time of use is unacceptable. I would like to understand if this is really the expected performance of the product I bought. I await a response with a solution to the problem. Paulo

Not friendly use to find details about returns and the phone number indicated is not available

I made the purchase with delivery for 03/21 so far I have not received a return that the order has arrived, there is no support, phone does not work and the chat no one answers, regrettable.
