I've never seen an app so difficult to use

You then update your app every day! Why do it so often??? As soon as you enter, you need to update the application! Then make an update as you wish, so that it functions without a new one!

Worst customer support in existence.

Many images don't load and the app stops working multiple times

The website is a disaster, and even that would be so expensive and 0 kvalitet!!

I had something in my shopping cart. The item was simply removed from my shopping cart without warning (it was no longer available). As a regular customer, I think about deleting the app.

I am constantly logged out and have to log in all the time. In addition, I cannot link my in-store purchases to the app and also receive my digital receipts directly in the app. It has long been introduced to the other online store apps. I'm surprised that the ZARA Home has such poor app performance with such sales. Absolutely not up to date.

I suffered with your application. It was not possible to buy goods through it after more than 20 attempts. I had to contact support and go to the desktop version. Payment in the app does not work.
