Does not allow saving payment cards

I can't enter my home address for delivery, when selecting the city of Almaty, then it offers to select a district in which only the city of Almaty is available in the selection, it does not offer other options. After filling in other fields - when clicking the button - save, a note appears - the district entered is incorrect, although there is no other choice in the district field. Thus, it is impossible to save the address. Please fix the bug.

Every time I log in asks me for a password and does not memorise or keep what I had in the cart — and asks for my login details again .. it goes on and off during my search .. the website is even worse … Are they investing all the money on the clothes app and dismissing the home side of things … very disappointing experience buying online .. specially when one has a huge order and has to go in and out the account .. because of research etc .. Perhaps not as noticble to a one off purchase. Major issues around payments when you are buying with a uk card but to be delivered to another country —- they are not prepared PROPERLY for multiple addresses … very strange considering they are a multinational brand —😩😩😩

This is the first time I've seen a Korean e-commerce app that doesn't automatically search for zip codes.

Customer service hasn't responded to inquiries for days after they didn't ship the order, and they supposedly sent a replacement order that has been lost again.

It has many errors, the password recovery system fails, the personal data fields also... it is the worst I have seen.

It is impossible to write in chat!!!

The site itself is easy to use. Once I made my order, there are limited facts about your order and shipment process. There are no viable ways to talk to a representative to get guidance about your product and when it may get to its destination. The chat does not answer many questions and they make you wait indefinitely. Very frustrating!
