Recently, I can no longer make extra mortgage repayments via the app. He gets stuck at step 1. Please solve. Message to Dominique: problem persists despite rebooting and checking if app is up to date. Message in the app is: sorry it's not up to you. But with us. We are going to solve this. oid.

Yes! Nice app. But I still have a request. With FaceID there is a choice for -Login and approve/ -Only login/ -Off. I would like to be able to choose -Approve only. That FaceID makes me feel unsafe. That sometimes works even at a distance of a meter!

After advice everything checked. Had most recent app and software on my phone. Eventually removed the app and added it again. Had to scan rb. Now it works again. But will do something wrong, but tested with purchase, against points only and turned out to be in it three times. It goes better via laptop. Will continue this. Very quick response developer. That's nice.

Widget hasn't been working for months
The widget hasn't been working for months. I tried everything. App uninstalled and reinstalled. iPhone updated. Nothing works. Rubbish hear ING 😊 . Update: months have passed and the widget still doesn't work!!!! Pretty annoying, to say the least. Already re-downloaded the app 4 times man. Don't know what those it guys are doing there that they can't even fix 1 widget. Irritating. Dear Kirsten, no problems known to you about the widgets ?? Are you really saying that?? Ff take those eyecups off you. I think I really read several comments of which one of your colleagues has also confirmed that there are problems with the widgets. So what you indicate is not correct at all. ;)

Context button download statements??
After the last update, a business account now has a "Context button download statements" button. The private account does not have this button. In a private account you still stubbornly see the debit cards (not with business) and the filter buttons page remains a slow monstrosity. The credit card in the overview still does not immediately show the balance (it does after looking at the credit card 1 time).

PEGI 3 Rating is misleading. It requires users to be 18+ according to their own terms. This poses a significant financial risk to minors who may be exposed to complex financial tools without proper understanding. I will report this to the Consumer Protection Cooperation Network !

Shaky App
App regularly breaks down or you have to log in all over again with identity papers. I never have that at ABNA. It also happens that the entire payment does not go through with online purchases. You will then receive a picture with the text: "Oops something went wrong please try again later". You don't expect something like that at the largest bank in the Netherlands!
