Investing is not right at all

See title. Almost everything shown is wrong. It is impossible to work with. For example, look at the watch list. The performance is given in percentages for all shares, but it concerns the absolute development. The order of the list is also random and cannot be adjusted. Plus no daily development. News about funds is inadequate or lags behind. Etc. etc. This part of the app is clearly still in the development phase. For example, see ASML now. ING thinks this will go -60%. But it is -60€.

In itself fine app

Great app to use. Too often content advertising from ING. I would like to see some more options: - Being able to make Instant Payment transfers, as well as receive from/to European banks such as Open Bank (which Rabo and ABN AMRO do have); - Notification or SMS prior to a direct debit. You can view this in the app, but receiving a message a day in advance would be desirable.

Time limit reached

For a few weeks now, after using the app and logging out and opening it again a while later, the message "time limit reached" appears every time. In itself annoying, but annoying is that when you are shopping in the points store on your iPhone, you are logged out because of the incorrect time limit.

Unfortunately, I can't install the app on my Google pixel tablet. With help from ING via the app. (On my phone) we can't solve it. At step 2 (identification) a general error message appears. So unfortunately I can't install the app on my pixel tablet.

Great app only my child can hardly do anything because he is not 16 years old. And there are no savings accounts without interest. I would like savings accounts without interest. And a lot of people too.
