Customer service sucks I have been trying to get this set up and working for hours and tried to call half a dozen times and disconnected. Not even worth the effort just to cash a check for groceries

Horrible customer service
This app is TRASH!!! The Customer service is TRASH I do not recommend using the service. You will sit on the phone for so long to then just get hung up on.

Registered for 1st Time
I went to set up an account or create one but as I going through the process it tells me that I had to do something with location access. It took me a while to figure out what happened but did it anyway. Now I went back to the app but trying to finish creating the account on the last steps; it tells me that it already exists in the system. How is it that possible? All I'm trying to do is open an account and deposit the check but nope the app itself won't let you finish the last steps(ex. SSN/Birth Date). I just wished the app could have the decency to work for 1st timers. It's pathetic atm

I've always cashed checks thru PP no problem. Now I find Ingo has closedmy cashing privileges across the board. Can't tell me why because they would have to give me details about the check! Okay I want details. I never intentionally done anything fraudulent or anything I've never had an issue till now. So yeah y'all suck! So pay pal,venmo and INGO have to go! Not holding breath for the email I'm suppose to be getting,I'm thinking you have all my info to give to third parties willing to pay! 🤬

My check was approved but the funds never went into my account The customer service line is horrible I called so many times the wait time is too long and when I I clicked the option for them to call me back they never did. I should've just cashed my check at the bank instead of losing a couple hundred dollars.

It works but, theirs a 5 dollar charge if you cant wait 10 days boowho. More money from the lower class.
