Don't waste your time. App keeps asking for location access when it's clearly turned on and set to precise location. Need to deposit a check so i can eat tonight but now we're stuck waiting until Monday: thanks a lot.

Abhorrent Customer Service and will BAN you forever and you aren’t allowed to know why!
This company is THE most inept and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I cashed checks aplenty, they made a ton of money in their fees off of me. No problem, being able to cash checks right away was crucial to my bottom line. Then one night…. It was Christmas, I'm given multiple checks. I submitted them, they cashed them and then immediately suspended my account for, to this day, I'm aparrently not aloud to know. Emailed repeatedly, called, to inquire, told it was being escalated for a 2nd review. I was supposed to be contacted in 24-48 hrs. Nothing - crickets. I asked what it was exactly that I violated? No, She cannot tell me, more like, WILL NOT tell me because if there is a case in front of her to escalate for a further review, you can bet the reason is there in front of her. No amount of contacting and calling these ignoramouses got me anywhere. I was simply banned for cashing checks like I had always done. By the SAME people! Do yourself a favor and avoid this group of disrespectful and ignorant individuals and look for another way to cash your checks. They ban you for no reason when you've been a good customer. That's just wrong!

The app is garbage
Denied me login in after i gave my SSN. Verification email never gets through. Watch out for scammers Ill be reporting this app

Can’t even open the app
I downloaded the app and it shuts down every time. I even deleted it and redownloaded and the issue persists.

Horrible customer service
My very 1st time ever trying to use the app, they closed my account for “fraudulent activity” and gave me no explanation whatsoever as to why. I tried cashing my settlement check with Ingo because for some odd reason Chime wouldn't take it. Every time I tried submitting it a message would pop up saying “this check has already been submitted” but it wasn't. So after getting in touch with customer service she tells me that because Chime even tried to cash the check Ingo read the check as already been submitted and there was nothing she could do about it, then she tells me my account was shut down and gave me no real explanation as to why. She tells me she's going to submit some type of form to try and get my account back, but couldn't answer as to why my account was shut down in the first place. Ingo clearly doesn't value customer satisfaction at all in my opinion and gave 0 sympathy towards me or my situation. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.
