horrible support, ended the chat after I said the driver claimed to deliver my order but they kept telling me it wasn't delivered and the driver was still working on it. and then the driver dropped it off to a completely incorrect address.

Instacart has terrible customer service and shady billing practices. They sneakily enroll you in a $99 Instacart+ membership you never wanted, then auto-renew it a year later—even if you canceled. To make it worse, if you don't catch the renewal charge within 5 days, they refuse to refund you. It's a sneaky way to take your money, and their support is useless when you try to resolve it. This feels like fraud. Avoid Instacart and use a more honest service.

I can't get my order it was picked up checked out I was charged for it and they kept changing the delivery time. now they want to start a whole new order for more money

Worst experience. I ordered 2 small items, both came wrong despite selecting no alternatives. the giy bought a bag of 1$, which I never approved. they ask for a tip before even getting my items, which is worse and not after seeing the service! Feels more like being scammed than tipping.
