The markup on in-store prices is a bit high, and the fee on top of this markup is also high. (My reason for giving four stars instead of 5). The delivery drivers are often very polite and helpful in placing groceries in a particular location if asked by the customer. Customer service is very quick in granting a credit in case of a problem with a particular item, but RARELY will reverse the charge to your card; instead they will offer credit on your next purchase. (Another reason for my 4 star rating). Overall, a decent service for the membership price and fees paid. There should be a special category for those on fixed incomes (seniors, veterans, disabled) to get discounted fees.

I recently discovered undisclosed additional costs on my grocery orders that weren't clearly presented at checkout. Because of these hidden fees, I've been charged above my strict $50 limit for the second time, forcing me to cancel my service. It's disappointing to see such a lack of transparency, and I hope the company address these issues before they lose more customers.

Better pay for your shoppers
Better pay order could be 100 and the shopper only gets like 5-7 bucks on it as the shopper to drive and from locations getting everything the customers want giving out [number] service we should get paid better. At least [number]% want the orders come out to be

Worst Experience Ever
Worst experience ever! Took forever for someone to accept my order and then still had to cancel because Instacart could not put funds into the shoppers card. Not to mention, the shopper was rude as well! And you're telling me to cancel an order is a $15 fee! That's ridiculous!

Disappointing Experience with Order Fulfillment and Customer Service
I placed an order over a month ago and, to my dismay, have yet to receive my package. Despite reaching out to Instacart's customer service team on multiple occasions and speaking with five different representatives, the issue remains unresolved. Each interaction has been frustratingly unproductive, with no clear resolution or follow-up provided. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness to emails has only compounded the problem, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. I expected better communication and support from a service I once trusted. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I hope Instacart takes steps to improve its customer service and order fulfillment processes to prevent others from facing similar issues in the future.

Keeps charging my card and won’t let me cancel membership
After free two week trial, the app tried to automatically renew my subscription and charge my Apple Pay account that didn't have enough money. Now maybe once a week it charges $20 to my card and my cards declining ofc but I'm worried that when I get $20+ on my Apple Pay account the apps gonna take it.
