I am so frustrated. I am a new shopper trying to verify my ID and the month button is not working so I can't enter my birthday. I keep reaching out to service through live chat and no one can help me. They just tell me my status is pending and to reinstall the app and Google how to force stop it. I'm about to give up on this job!!

Broken. Guess I have to use a different app. Asked for my banking info EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app. Incredibly annoying. Would like to give it more of a try but no other app gives me this many problems just for daring to try and use it. Thanks guys👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This is the worst app by far I've ever been on for a place to make money. I just tried calling the dispatch for the 5th time to unsign that last item that the customer didn't want cause the original item wasn't in stock nor does any of the items don't scan right. The dispatch canceled my whole order instead of the item. Instacart doesn't give you the option to replace the order if it's already been scanned you literally have to call message the call center to cancel on item. Update your system!!

Recently started being an instacart shopper.. details involving the steps that need to be taken to start shopping need to be clearer because I read once you sign up you can start within an hour... yet nothing said you need to wait for the card to arrive in the mail if you don't have a phone capable of Google pay or Apple pay, and after receiving the card and activating it you STILL have to wait at least 1-5 more days while they run the background check... took 5 days from signing up...

This app does not work good. you Will be sitting at a store before others with good ratings a diamond shopper and here comes someone just pulling up with a low rating and will get a good order. And all support say is "everything looks fine on your end". This is ridiculous and nothing ever gets fixed like they promise. The app has so many crashes!...How do you let someone with a 4.78 see high paying orders Than an 5 ⭐?

Was working great until the new update yesterday. Now it keeps shutting down out of nowhere. Once you complete an order it automatically shoots you off line. Then a server 500 error shows up saying report the problem

Their support is completely useless. They've been telling me we'll send you an email for over 3 weeks now, and I have not received anything. Extremely disappointed
