Maybe the worst to work for. Non American wages. App is slow to load, causing you to miss rare batches that are worth your time and effort. Scam to its shoppers. They take the shoppers' tips! No phone, all cheaply developed chat using AI. The language barrier is crazy. Absolutely trash of a CEO. Instacart, has you pay for priority delivery over tipping the shopper.

This app is ran with bot accounts (people that have been with this app are being squeezed out) I drove 8miles to return alcohol and store couldnt produce return receipt after I returned it, I told instacart techs. They said they couldn't do anything, I ask for a supervisor, they end the chat on me, after I waste time and my battery trying to resolve issues. Even suggest they let me talk to someone that is able to look at customer credit to see the return. I'm doing my job and theirs for crumbs

I recently did an order and had difficulty with an alcohol batch.called support, followed each instruction and was penalized for doing so. permanently banned from delivering alcohol. this has really made things much worse. 4.91 rating and receiving little to no batches.

The glitches in the app and notifications are consistently off, and that costs shoppers batches consistently. Never happens with Shipt, Uber, or Door Dash...

Just updated app and it is not showing the batches. It notifies, but no batches show in the app.

Background service is not starting, which is essential for receiving batches. Customer support can't help at all and there's no way to get help. I tried logging into my friends iPhone and I started receiving batches.
