I am a platinum 2year veteran of Instacart. I used to make really good money and have a chance at big and big paying batches. For at least five to six months now I never see batches over 25-30$ and if I do, they pop up for a second and are gone ALL THE TIME👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼!!! I recently learned on a few social media apps that there is literally an app called a batch grabber that people are using to get the biggest and best batches. You can only get the app on an android and I have an iPhone, so I can't see for myself. It seems as if Instacart does not care about this and it is to me, considered cheating and stealing and I'm about ready to never Instacart again because of this. It's not fair nor is it legal in Instacarts employee “handbook” so I don't know why it hasn't been squashed yet. It is taking money from the honest and hard working Instacarters and giving that money to cheaters and thieves and I don't wanna be associated with any company who is okay with that. Just look at all the reviews here of people saying they don't see good batches any more and their pay has drastically dropped. It's because of the batch grabbers. I just wish Instacart would do something about this. It is only the right thing to do. I'm about over working for less than minimum wage not to mention the wear and tear on my car. Tried to start an account, only to see that I apparently had an account that was deactivated. It tells me to refer to an email that contains details, but no such email ever came. How am I supposed to resolve whatever happened if instacart doesn't do what they said they would?

Really horrible customer service and can't cashout tried reaching support no help it's becoming and acting like a scam app not wanting to pay

Is this the only place to leave app feedback? Some things have been fixed, thankfully, but I've noticed: 1. If a mistake has been made at checkout, like items swapped, it's not mentioned to drivers until AFTER delivery (if 1 shop/1del), so we are hoping to make it back to the store before the customer picks up. 2. When getting meats, if it weighs more than listed it won't let you add even if deleted and added or okay'd by customer.

Try to sign up, they automatically offer you a promotion, of course it's a city 2 hours away... They said it's automatic and they can't change it so, pretty lame company
