Instacart Shopper: Earn money | unitQ Score

It's now been four days and my identity check is still not been verified. I've been an Instacart diamond shopper for three years and it's the first time this has ever happened to me. I have contacted Instacart support multiple times and all they say is that it will eventually be updated but they don't understand that this is my full-time job I have five days to only make $200 which is not that hard. I would've easily had it done but now I'm a day before my rent is due and Instacart support still doesn't care.

You can't get any good orders because the cheaters with bots have taken over. They're the only ones shopping in my market. It's unfair and very frustrating. They don't treat the customers good. As money as this company makes, you'd think they'd be able to a get rid of them.

Wish that batch pay was higher, that Instacart didn't bunch together more than 3 orders. If one shopper is a non-tipper than they should be left as a single.

The worst technical support is this application you can spend up to 1 hour or more with them to solve any problem. The support is disgusting

Instacart is horrible for customer service. They don't care about the livelihood of their drivers.

Not everyone can see all order i have sat for hours waiting for orders while others are getting orders its good the first few months now its only sitting around waiting for nothing

I've been using this app for a few years now & it just continues to get WORSE & WORSE! Batch pay is as low as $[address]8+ miles for 20+ items and heavy large waters, lots of juices, large boxes of canned pop & gallons of milk. The heavy pay might be a dollar & if the customer tips you & you have to make refunds or substitutions Instacart WILL decrease your tip while not refunding the $ back to the customer they keep it! The fact that they are pocketing the money should be illegal, why decrease the tip on my end if the store is out of stock & you guys get to keep it? Why not refund it back to the customer or realize it's not my fault the store is out of stock. Even if I make substitutions they still keep it. The new update is trash, a lot of apartments or neighborhoods in my area are extremely unsafe not to mention it has poor service & an order that should have taken a few min to drop off takes an extra 5-10 min because I'm driving up & down the block until the app loads & since I can no longer see the address before delivery while I'm at the store I cannot properly plan each delivery Why am I driving & delivering 2-3 orders with a batch pay as low as $4… why isn't it $4 per batch pay…. Multiple orders should at least pay more like you guys used to do! I used to make a decent amount of $ on here now don't even count on making $50 even if you work all day! You have to drive to the store, get out, shop for all the items, check out, load your car, drive to the customer, drop it off, then drive all the way back home for a $4 batch pay & the delivery isn't quick cause I'm driving up & down the block waiting 5+ min for the app to load IN AN UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD! I'm glad I finally got a job because this is not worth it anymore. App used to be decent a few years back… but now it's TRASH

Very disappointed Of the treatment Everything is fine at the beginning And out of nowhere they ask me to verify my identity and They deactivate it having everything for my identity up to date supposed 12 hours to reactivate it and it has been more than 4 days that they do not send me the famous email I have already spoken with more than 10 different agents and they all say the same thing nothing new really disappoints me a lot that so much time passes and I don't even get They have answered nor withdrawing the money I made leaves me If it were up to me I wouldn't give him a single extrella.
