My message to you if you're thinking about getting into this app, DONT DO IT! You're too late and missed the golden era. The CEO is doing an awful job. Going downhill FAST! Went from enjoyable side income and turned into "deliver 4 people 75 items 45 miles by the time you get back for $30" Check out the Instacart reddit if you want a real review of the direction this company is going with weak leadership. The 10% stock drop now it's all no tip orders or 2/3/4 at a time 🤔🧐 wage theft?

In the parking lot, I sit and stew, Instacart, oh, what's with you? Engine hums, the minutes crawl, Waiting here, I loathe it all. Groceries tease, so close, so far, Trapped behind my dashboard's bar. Shoppers dash, then vanish slow, Where's my order? I don't know. Minutes tick, they turn to years, Patience drowned in silent tears. Parking lines, my prison gate, Instacart, you've sealed my fate. Almost zero help from instacart when things go wrong. My license expired and i couldn't shop until the hard copy came in the mail. It did, and I couldn't update it in Chrome. Switched to another browser and uploaded my new license (correctly, from what I thought). It's been 3 days and the app still feels me that I need to update my ID. But when i click the link it just goes to the help page. I've been an excellent shopper for 3 years and they just basically took an important income source away!

This is by far the worst delivery app lol, you make legit less than $5 an hour after gas, you spend endless time in stores,visiting in lines and wearing and tearing your car the entire time. They take a dollar from the customer and give you a dime. There are sooooo many other apps you can make more money off of doing delvieres...stay far away

Update: 2-28 I feel pretty much abandoned by support at this point. It is unacceptable to take 45 minutes on a triple shop to get through while you were waiting to have an issue resolved. Especially considering the fact that they don't pay you for wasted time and if they do it's nowhere near a fair amount. These issues have me to the point where I'm debating on just sticking with Amazon flex and leaving this one in the rearview.

I just did my first batch, not happy at all, the item was $40.[address]45 minutes to deliver it, and the app says that I have earnings of $26.23 something is not adding up. Not doing this anymore
