They leave operation and management to bots. They do not respond to messages in a timely manner; even if there is a major issue that needs to be resolved.

trash, no actual support number when things aren't working just keeps sending you to the FAQ page that doesn't help. I'm pretty sure this all automated. definitely go for other apps that have customer service, a lot of people are being scammed by this company.

My Instawork experience was extremely disappointing. After losing my phone, I showed up to my shift only to be blocked for a "no call, no show." I created another profile to contact support, and was reinstated. I worked one shift but was underpaid, and after pushing for payment, their safety team deactivated my account and left me without compensation because I had two accounts (which support already knew about). 😡 Instawork Support Underpaid AccountDeactivation Problems

I used to be a team leader and left due to a full-time job. I wanted to start again and I'm having issues with getting gigs. I have emailed the temp agency and haven't heard from them. This is so frustrating that I don't want to try again.
