Impossible to get in touch with HR or get any help with accessing your paid time off or sick pay. They out source over seas so you get reply at the strangest times of the night if you're lucky enough to get a reply

Sucks, too many hoops to jump through via 3rd party verifications. 1st W2, then employment, then attire black/white etc. etc etc. don't have to do that with other apps ... which I've already ran shifts for and have more already agreed to. So if you don't care if instawork WASTE your time then use it. Otherwise, shiftsmart will have you working shifts weeks if not months faster, in my opinion and experience

Absolute trash. Their reference system is completely broken. I have had several employers verify me, yet I still can't work on this platform.

Getting everything set up (including adding seperate work experience and quizzes) is rough and poorly constructed. Waste of time.

The truth is that I think it is very bad, I had an appointment scheduled for December 13, 2024 and just one day before they updated my profile and I missed my appointment. Now I have not been able to reapply for other shifts because it tells me in red letter NOT APPROVED

I have been trying for DAYS to fix a payment problem & they have only made it worse not better. The worst part is I can't even speak to a real person & I'm now out almost $200. Thanks for nothing.

Can not contact help other then through a msg board that can take days to get read muchless answered they cancel shifts alot on you for no reason i have had more shifts canceled by them not the company needing the help then i have gotten to work for bull.... reason like lastly was told after working at 1 company for weeks my back ground check had not cleared but i sent proof it had a month ago this is not a good platform to use at all stay away from it if you want to work
