Love the app but recently having a lot of issues with Roomba connecting to wifi

The app on my J7+ was originally pretty good, as was the Roomba when I first set it up. It stayed good for at least a year. I was able to create zones easily and tell it where to not go. Now the app has changed and I can't delete or modify zones - the process in the app is awful now. Roomba now constantly goes into no-go zones, constantly gets stuck in those zones and dies no where near the base or manages to drive itself to the base and stops short of it and dies. Quite disappointing now.

A horror impossible to connect my robot to free box it worked for 1 year since nothing more I have tried everything yet customer service to the subscriber absent I do not recommend iRobot products at all

IRobot almost never connected! I don't know why this firm doesn't get the connection between two of my phones and their product working!

La roomba, is the best! But *TERRIBLE PERFORMANCE OF THE APP*, it goes from bad to worse, every time it is updated, something else fails, the links do not lead anywhere (it is down) or you have to register to be told a procedure that you have already tried but does not work. In my case, i7+ is connected to Wi-Fi (which is perfect) but when my cell phone connects to the same network, my robot disconnects, I switch to mobile data and I can see my Roomba 👀 😠, I turn on Wi-Fi and it disappears 😒

Unusable, avoid. We had an iRobot 3 years ago so I thought this would be an improvement. It is not. The app is just another hurdle in getting the vacuum cleaner to start. I am sitting in a room looking at the robot on the floor. It tells me it is ready to start, but it looks like I have to create a favorite to vacuum this room. Simple pressing of the one button on the cleaner does nothing. Really disappointing and frustrating.

After connecting the product it keeps telling me that I can't use it because it's downloading an update.... for many hours

Unusable app. Once the pairing with Rumba (900 series) has been done, also confirmed by the voice of the robot, which tells me to continue the configuration through the App, but unfortunately in the second phase, it no longer finds the robot and therefore it is not possible to continue the configuration. Several attempts have been tried but to no avail. Unusable. Too bad.
