itsme Not Updating Address and ID Information

Despite receiving my new Belgian ID and confirming with my commune that my address has been successfully updated it's me still displays my old address and ID picture. I expected the app to sync with the latest data but even after reinstalling, the issue persists. This creates necessary confusion and makes me question the reliability of the platform.

Problem connecting application

I almost never manage to reach the applications or other when the connection is made via itsme. I follow the confirmation but I still get the same message "no action in progress" when yes. For example, I can't log in to my My-ebox or my Solidaris app.
