When using it on my TV it freezes all the time you have to mess about getting it to play. Which on a hole it is very annoying, considering it's the adverts that don't want to play,you end up watch more adverts which id be happy for none, don't get the choice to fast forward it. When watching a series it doesn't work well! Shouldn't be freezing like it doesn't bit of a joke!

Always says check internet {buffering} when all my other apps work without problems including netflix, prime, youtube etc. ITVX app needs improvement.

Not as slick and user friendly as other streaming apps. Also, too many ads. More ads than when you watch scheduled TV, when we were forced to watch them.
