Don’t waste your money
Purchased the Elite 75t, fully charged never used!! Took the earbuds out and they would not pair. Back-and-forth with Jabra support over four days with over a dozen messages. They are not willing to stand behind their product, and despite the fact that these earbuds have never been used. they were unwilling to replace or repair the right earbud, which is the one that was defective. They absolutely do not stand behind their products, having the exact same thing happen to a friend when we had bought the earbuds together from Jabra. Their app is useless as far as providing support technically or with the purchase. Save your money spend it on Bose orsome other brand. Will never buy from Jabra again they are a bunch of con artists and scams.

I am having problems with the application. I am using Jabra Elite 4 Active. It started not seeing the device. I deleted the application and reinstalled it. I am still having the same problem.

App is fine, headphones are junk
Active noise cancelling on jabra elite 10 is nothing more than a hiss that drowns out other noises, you are better off turning off the ANC. Disappointed with how bad these headphones are.

This round delay is connected to the Jabra Elite5.
When entering the app, there is still a slow connection to the headphones as before.

3 sets of Jabra Elite 75t. Great product when it works, but now 3 sets discarded with exactly the same error. Left unit plays sound extremely low or not at all.

Impossible connection with Jabra Elite 4 Active !!! An application is good when it works. Same problem as the comments already present: connection to Bluetooth impossible despite all the manipulations: force stop, solid internet data, no battery saving. The products had a good reputation, now I change my mind and I will let it be known.

one thing I love about these headphones and the app is that are so many settings you can customize. one of the most important options to me is being able to fully disable voice feedback. sadly as of the last update i get a very annoying 'recharge battery!' command every other minute when battery is low. in those situations, i'm fully aware that battery is low but want to make it through the last 10 mins of my walk home — so please warn me ONCE and by a SOUND if i disabled voice feedback!
