Issue with checking out. Access to checkout order submission was denied, but order went thru. I didn't realize it for several minutes till email came thru.

Been using this app for a few years now. For some reason I'm not able to order anything. Try to click on the location but nothing happens. U able to order. Uninstalled this junk app!!

I ordered delivery, also it does not meet my requirements and a hamburger is missing so I do not know how to solve to claim and it is impossible to go to the store to claim because I do not have a car I wait for the answer

It's ok. Sometimes it won't let me scan my receipts. I eat at JitB a lot so I have a lot of receipts. I will try to remember to use the app to order so I get all my rewards points.

It's fine for the most part, except the times when it logs the user out automatically for whatever reason (when not using the app). Happens about once or twice a month(cache, reinstalling, good wifi connection, using the app on a different phone doesn't solve this, so not a user end issue). Tried to order food tonight, and this was the first time I was logged out while placing my order. Please fix.

I just want to place an order. Why can't I just simply order from a specific location. Your app is awful. Fix it or im done forever!!!!!!!!!!!

The app says that the Jack i'm at doesn't have Jumbo Jack's so i went inside and asked them if they do and they said yes but the app is terrible and says the burger is unavailable so i'm not able to use my offer, thanks

Promo codes never work. Even when ordering through the app you get french fries for free, and then in the basket at the last step there is an error, "promocode not valid".

Cannot use the app. I haven't placed an order yet it shows something is in my bag. Won't allow me to do anything until I remove the item. There is NO item in the bag to remove.
