Says the app is no longer capitals with my phone and won't let me download! I LOVE Jamba I can't use the BOGO that I had just loaded !! Ugh! All I want is my app back! I used regularly and loved!

Love Jamba juice, hate the app! This app is so bad. Have to press buttons several times to get it working. Very poor performance. We frequently choose to NOT visit Jamba juice because the app is so difficult to use.

Order ahead is impossible to use. I select my drinks and choose a location to order ahead. Everything is fine until I have to make a payment to place my order. I have enough funds on my card and it is in working order without any locks or freezes on my card. However, when I try to checkout my order it keeps giving me an error message stating that my card was declined. I tried multiple different times and with various cards. I am unable to pay for my order. This is absurd and a waste of my time. The fact that I can't use apple pay to purchase on the app is beyond ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars for this app I would. It has too many bugs and I can't even contact customer service.
